Hi Peter, As far as I could find, this appears as straight-up investing by DARPA and USAID, and NIH/NIAID. (Fauci stepped down from heading the NIAID, did not completely retire.) The military uses shots like crazy, they want more and more, much to the detriment of their active troops.
The deeper issue is every time a faked pandemic has been called since 1956 or so, it set a precedent for massive govt spending, Pharma windfall profits, rushed dangerous shots with deaths and damage control. You'd think someone would have figured this out this Modus Opperandi of the WHO with Pharma and governments after 5 attempts? Is Pattern recognition a specialized trait that few possess?
