We are all aware of the need for vitamins and minerals in our diets. We can either eat our way to the required/recommended amount as advised by health regulators, or we can take supplements.
Here’s a report from those involved in the regulations of supplements at the global level from 2018:
It references this organisation which had a conference in September 2023.
“The 13th Global Summit on Regulatory Science (GSRS23) is an in-person conference, which is scheduled to be held from September 27-28, 2023, in Parma, Italy. The conference is co-hosted by European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and GCRSR. Conference recordings, PDF presentations and post-event announcement are available on EFSA webpage.”
The regulatory gravy train visits many stations in many countries!

I have often wondered how the contents of bottles of multi-vitamins are checked – especially after the obvious lack of any quality controls in the experimental C19 modified mRNA injections. Combined, of course, with a curiosity about the (RCT’s?) used to inform regulators that it does what it says n the bottle – or not. Do the “products” improve eyesight, or bone health, or rheumatism. Some should be easy to prove. Others – for organ, circulation or bone health, maybe not so easy.
Putting these questions on the back burner, I thought I would take a look at the global “market” for supplements and vaccines.
A healthy diet and clan water plus sanitation will provide all the prophylaxis anyone will ever need against organ diseases and conditions. Lots of books out there on what constitutes a “healthy diet”. A healthy diet, clean water and sanitation provide a broad-spectrum of immunity to pretty well everything. Side effects are few – allergies being one to watch out for.
Vaccines” are generally specific to a particular disease or condition. You need multiple vaccines for multiple conditions – supposedly to prevent them – though most are only effective once the disease or infection has long since vanished. We are now discovering that adverse evets dominate any benefits ad that their use is only a last resort where delay of the inevitable is the only curse of action left – “you may as well take it as it makes little difference anyway”.
Let’s check out the global market size, compared to the “vaccine” market.
From here:
Vaccine Market Size, Share & Trends Analysis Report, 2030 (grandviewresearch.com)
“The global vaccine market size was estimated at USD 124.2 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 1.4% from 2023 to 2030. Excluding the impact of COVID-19, the vaccine market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 8.6% from 2023 to 2030.”
The “vaccine” industry is trying desperately to increase this using an mRNA platform as it seems to barely keep up with global population growth (that it is confusedly, trying to reduce!).
Jere’s the supplement market:
Vitamins and Supplements Market Size & Industry Report [2028] (fortunebusinessinsights.com)
“The global vitamins and supplements market is anticipated to grow from $129.60 billion in 2021 to $196.56 billion in 2028 at a CAGR of 6.13% in the forecast period...”
Or maybe this source (the same source as the first one for vaccines):
Nutritional Supplements Market Size & Share Report, 2030 (grandviewresearch.com)
“The global nutritional supplements market size was estimated at USD 381.47 billion in 2022 and is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.3% from 2023 to 2030.”
The numbers need checking – over 2021-2023, 13.7 billion doses of C19 injections totalled 13.7 billion – which. -at 20 bucks a pop on average to include the 6 billion rolled out to China and India ad ten bucks v 120 bucks n average in G20 countries– works out at 274 billion over those three years.
The global supplement market is three times the size of the global vaccine market!
Interestingly, from that last link:
“… approximately 71% of deaths globally occur due to non-communicable diseases (NCDs). Thus, these alarming statistics have shifted the focus on well-being and health, which is expected to increase the demand for nutritional supplements.”.
Interesting because the WHO is focused on the 29% who die from communicable diseases, rather than the 71%. Talk about “get your priorities straight”!!!
The Nazi Party of Canada under Turdwater is at the forefront of looking to “regulate” the supplements market.
From here a year ago:
Canada hopes to boost regulation on natural health products. Here’s why - National | Globalnews.ca
“The budget proposes amending the Food and Drugs Act to extend powers by the Protecting Canadians from Unsafe Drugs Act (also known as Vanessa’s Law) to natural health products.”
The WHO has formed a working group:
International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines (IRCH) (who.int)
“International Regulatory Cooperation for Herbal Medicines (IRCH), established in 2006, is a global network of regulatory authorities responsible for regulation of herbal medicines. Its mission is to protect and promote public health and safety through improved regulation for herbal medicines.”
The FDA was fast to act over the baby formula contamination a year or so ago – over a few cases – and has been slow to act over a million adverse events reported to VAERS for US citizens.
I wonder whether how the FDA ensures that supplements aren’t just de-flavoured M&M’s?
Onwards!!!
