Using a Bank of England survey of the public around Central Bank Digital Currencies (BCDC) questionnaires solicit public opinion.
“The survey is rigged. The questions are designed so that the person taking the survey will agree with their basic premises – there are no options to object to the implementation of CBDCs. How should we respond when a survey has been rigged?”
Pronelm is – aling with “public consultations” conducted globally, by the likes of the WHO, for example, the questions do not allow rebuttal or a “No thanks” answer. It is all about implied agreement to the questioners political beliefs in the first place.
“Delphi” – you get an answer that you can interpret any way you want. Those asking the question want a particular answer and so interpret the answers in advance and shove them down people’s throats in a truly undemocratic way,

Typical gov way of slyly getting public consent. Criminal really.
Ppl need to research not blindly answer what may come back to bite them in the rear.
I think I'd have to write to their office, AGAIN. And try to phone. Here in Canada, they hide.
