Pronelm is – aling with “public consultations” conducted globally, by the likes of the WHO, for example, the questions do not allow rebuttal or a “No thanks” answer. It is all about implied agreement to the questioners political beliefs in the first place.
“Delphi” – you get an answer that you can interpret any way you want. Those asking the question want a particular answer and so interpret the answers in advance and shove them down people’s throats in a truly undemocratic way,
