Anyone else lose access to MS applications - such as Word and Excel?
Maybe it’s just me, but on the day I switched to a MS Basic subscription, I lost all ability to edit MS Word and Excel documents!

Why would anyone pay to "rent" Microsoft when you can own it for less? I got this, great customer support, delivered as-ordered:

Mine. Owned. Not a subscription. For thirty bucks. Full Office Pro, not just Basic.
They even have Office 2024, same price. They have other bundles of MS products if you don't need Windows, same price. Thirty bucks. Owned. Not rented/subscribed.
This isn't the only vendor out there who has these deals, I think I saw another one a few months after I ordered mine for a few dollars less. But this vendor had good reviews and lived up to them. Easy-peasy installation. Renting is silly. And, oh, do you really want all of your info stored in the cloud?
