A quick side note – the case uses the term “severe” to describe adverse events. I had thought that “severe” was widely used to describe “life altering” events, whereas “serious” was used to describe “life threatening” events – it may be a distinction without a difference in various jurisdictions, but it may be that precision is needed in this case and others.

A feature of this class actions – quite aside from its quality, depth and penetration – is the method of funding and the pass through to victims if successful. No cut is taken if successful. This is not a “no win, no fee” approach.

200,000 Australian dollars has been raised so far, with another 600,000 needed to ensure all legal fees are paid on time. All donations/contributions will be reimbursed if the action is successful.

If the action fails, Melissa McCann will cover the costs to the victims in the class action.

NR Barbi Solicitor Pty Ltd has filed a class action against (at least) the Australian Government, the Department of Health and Aged Care Secretary Dr Brendan Murphy and the Deputy Secretary of Health Products Regulation Group Adjunct Professor John Skerrit (“the Respondents”) in the Federal Court of Australia on behalf of the Lead Applicant (“the Applicant”) and other Covid-19 vaccination injured parties (“Group Members”) to recover compensation for injuries obtained as a result of taking one or more Covid-19 vaccines.

The Applicant alleges that the Respondents’ actions to advance the acceptance and use of the various approved Covid-19 vaccines constitutes negligence and/or misfeasance. You know a good thing when you see it – and how to take on and defeat the bad.

Your government must be held accountable and the victims of the egregious abuses inflicted must be redressed. .It is shameful that those suffering pay politicians and experts to inflict pain and then have to pay for the damages, rather than the experts and politicians who should be PERSONALLY HELD LIABILE – but that is the way the game is played when the corrupt are in power and do not use the safeguards developed over decades to prevent the harms to the most vulnerable.

Arrogance, negligence, incompetence, hubris and corruption of politicians in Australia and globally need to be exposed and expunged,
