I have compiled this table - it may be that this can be used to signal vaxx damage?
Note the blanks in the 2019 column - the list is not exhaustive as it is the top 20 selected and presented by the journalist in the article.
I have ranked the table by the absolute change in PIP claims. Not every sufferer bothers to file for PIP.
There is this comment from the article about changes in the last year.
“Claimants of PIP in 2024 were up 400,000 on the previous year, with some conditions prompting over double the claims compared with five years ago.”
