Conspiracy Hypothesis – Australia set to pre-qualify as the first country in the WHO’s digital prison colony system – hiding behind changes to the International Health Agreement and a Pandemic Treaty
Australia is attempting to replace Canada as the first country in the world to adopt all the measures being pushed through the WHO by bought and paid for Gates shills.
Really? I hear you ask? How so?
Well, ok, here’s a little background:
From here, almost exactly 3 years ago in 2020:
“The Australian government’s Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) has spent more than A$200 million over the past five years developing a National Digital ID platform. If successful, the project could streamline commerce, resolve bureaucratic quagmires, and improve national security.
The emerging results of the project may give the Australian public cause for concern.”
“The National Digital ID project was launched more than five years ago. Why hasn’t the public become familiar with these technologies?”
Cause for concern, you think? (Canadian and British readers may start shifting uncomfortably in their seats). 200 million ozzy bucks over the five years prior to 2020.
Skip forward a few years (and missing a lot of detail I am sure), we have this:
“Australia’s digital and data ministers have made what appears to be a much stronger commitment than has previously been the case to move towards the full rollout of a national digital ID system. In the UK, a contractor has been chosen to develop a mobile application through which citizens can login to a single digital ID platform to access a variety of government services.”
Forward another year and we get his:
Bill Gates meets Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in Sydney (smh.com.au)
“Billionaire Bill Gates had never met Anthony Albanese before Saturday, but he thought he’d drop in on the Australian prime minister to talk vaccines, energy and climate change.
Gates, who is in the country with his foundation and representatives from his company, Breakthrough Energy, has made it his mission to ensure world leaders are ready for the next pandemic.”
In my view, global leaders are not renowned for their IQ’s, morals, expertise or giving a rat’s ass about their voters ahead of their own interests. Gates would have been able to put Albanese into the “useful idiot category in one, maybe two heartbeats.
A month later we have this:
“Halton has been “promoted” to CEPI – a reward for services rendered? Bill Gates visited Australia a few weeks ago, no doubt to confirm her appointment to “deputy scam leader”.
Here is how Wikipedia describes CEPI. (Not to be confused with GAVI that serves as a discount outlet for unused doses that can be dumped on the third world, after over-payment and over-ordering by first world taxpayers and their corrupt governments).”
Back to the conspiracy hypothesis of Australia pre-qualifying to become the WHO’s first country within a digital prison.
From here:
“Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has resisted calls from the opposition to reinstate the cashless debit card program.
Key points:
The prime minister says the SmartCard is an improvement on the Coalition's cashless debit card program
Welfare recipients will be able to access a SmartCard through Services Australia from March 6
Mr Albanese said $68.9 million in additional funding was being introduced to CDC(Ed: Cashless Debit Card) trial sites as part of the SmartCard rollout
Speaking from WA, Opposition Leader Peter Dutton and Nationals Leader David Littleproud called on the prime minister to reinstate the cashless debit card (CDC), saying its removal was responsible for a spike in alcohol-fuelled violence in regional and remote towns.”
All a bit confusing, but it seems the OPPOSITION wants to go back to a system that prevented crime by withholding booze purchases. Really? Sounds lot like the question asked at airports “Are you a terrorist?”
“Like its predecessor, which was trialled in WA's Goldfields and East Kimberley regions, the SmartCard will restrict certain purchases, including alcohol and tobacco.” No tobacco for you, we don’t approve of the filthy habit. (Being an a/hole to the entire country by injecting people with toxic spike machine factories is fine though).

Federal government presses go for new digital identity system (afr.com)
“Finance Minister Katy Gallagher is expected to advise state and territory digital ministers on Friday that the Commonwealth wants digital identity legislation to be introduced by the end of the year after the Albanese government pressed the go button on a national system.
Following large-scale data breaches involving Optus and Medibank, Senator Gallagher is expected to tell a meeting of digital and data ministers the Commonwealth is determined to reduce the amount of personal data they need to provide to individual governments and businesses.”
Wow, legislation introduced by the end of 2023! The WHO can only dream of how efficient the process in Australia is!
The move to digitize is moving fast.
Inside Labor’s cybersecurity overhaul | The Saturday Paper
“Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has told business leaders he believes he can introduce a national digital identification card, which would ultimately rely on facial recognition, without the controversy that derailed the Hawke government’s plans for an “Australia Card” in the 1980s.”
And, my last reference:
(28) Risk In:Review #6 - 05 Mar 2023 | LinkedIn
“Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has announced plans to create a national digital ID card that would utilise facial recognition technology to tackle issues around identity theft and fraud in the tax, welfare and health systems.
Albanese hopes to create the card without the controversy that surrounded the Hawke government’s plans for an “Australia Card” in the 1980s.
The ID card would eliminate the need to collect and store large amounts of personal data, thereby reducing risk. The government aims to expand on the opt-in digital ID arrangements introduced last year for the myGov government services portal, introducing credentials voluntarily and eventually allowing people to attach other personal documents, such as Medicare cards, vaccination status and university transcripts.
Within government, the card is seen as the solution to a range of problems. A spokesperson for Finance Minister Katy Gallagher said that 10.3 million Australians had already created a myGovID and 3.6 million of those had been biometrically verified. “
Just to point out that any metering device – for water, energy, sewage or electronic payment at any retail outlet (supermarkets, gas stations, bottle shops, clothing and furniture stores) once digitized and linked to an ID can be RATIONED. If the State thinks you eat too much, drink too much, smoke too much etc, the State can simply say “Piss off, Noddy” and you get bubkes. Maybe you will get a little extra quota for your birthday or Christmas/Hanukkah/Ramadan/Cinco de Mayo or whatever.
Let me sneak in this reminder:
How close is digital ID to a passport to permission for international travel? A few clicks.
Now, each of the steps being taken by the poodle sycophant Government of Albanese who turns a blind eye to excess mortality of 12% for Australian citizens and, instead, eats billionaire’s cheesecake conforms exactly to the agenda being pursued by unelected bureaucrats in amendments to the 2005 International Health Agreement and/or Pandemic Treaty.
Digital prison countries are on the way. After all obesity and alcohol abuse are a global pandemic right?
Oh and Canada and the UK (plus New Zealand probably) are trying to catch up as fast as possible to Australia and displace it as the number one digital prison colony of the WHO.
How’s that for a conspiracy hypothesis?
Oh, and by the way - you cannot comply your way out of tyranny - (h/t RFK junior)

Don’t forget to include Japan in the race. We already have the “My Number” system, which they are now pushing hard to have everyone get the digital version of the card. Probably faster now that it was just ruled constitutional in court here. The system is several years old now and was sold in the beginning as a one number replacing all numbers for everything in Japan. They are now working to integrate the national health care cards and drivers licenses into My Number withy our bank accounts to follow.
Then we have the QR CODE ONLY restrooms I stumbled across a little over a year ago here.
Japan is in this race too.
New Zealand .... NZzzz ..Godzone deserted.
Peter NZzzz is well ahead of the game, possibly even Australia and Canada.
"Doctor" Ashley Bloomfield co-chairs working group for IHR amendments ~ Dr Ashley Bloomfield, New Zealand’s former director general of health is co-chair of the International Health Regulations Working Group.
'Bloomfield denied injection exemptions to countless people who were at known risk from the jab. Now he’s heading up a global decision making body that is attempting to take control of national public health responses to future pandemics. What could go wrong?'
