Democratic Party Governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, set to veto bill that bans transgender males from competing in female sports

“I’ll keep my promise to veto any bill making Wisconsin less safe, less inclusive, and less welcoming for LGBTQ people and kids—including this one,” Evers wrote. “And I’ll be damn proud to do it.”

Aside from the fact that the LBGQ people are not affected, so it’s just the T part of that manufactured grouping, I wonder if Evers ever thinks that no female to male athletes seem to want to compete alongside males, or whether he has ever asked the LBGTQ+ group what they think? I don’t just mean the vocal trans-activists, I mean the “rank and file” of the whole LBGTQ+ community.

I have an inkling that lesbians aren’t too keen on the concept and that queers, gays and bisexuals are indifferent – that is, those that do not go out of their way to create a fuss about their choice of their way of life and sexual preferences.

The Wisconsin Senate has passed a bill prohibiting biological males from participating in women’s sports. The legislation is now awaiting the governor’s approval.

The bill, introduced in August 2023, mandates high school athletes in both public and private schools to compete according to their biological sex. The state Assembly passed the bill in October 2023.

The legislation also provides female students who suffer any direct or indirect harm due to competing against male athletes the right to take legal action against the educational institution.”
