Does each country have one vote in the upcoming World Health Assembly meeting?

I am trying to find out whether each country has one vote each at the 27 May to 1 June 2023 meeting f the World Health Assembly.

We can watch the proceedings live, but if it is “one country, one vote” then these countries will have the same “power” as far larger countries.

I have dropped off the tiniest countries and started the lists at those ranked above 196 by population, but you get the drift.

Do delegates from each of these countries all get transported, winded and dined to vote at the upcoming World Health Assembly meeting and do their votes rank Pari passu with those of say India with tis 1.4 billion people – or the same for China’s 1.4 billion? Who the hell appointed these people as delegates? Did they pass IQ tests or need to meet certain educational standards in the filed of public health administration pr medicine?

We know that Tedros is not a medical doctor. Are these people bureaucrats or diplomats? What gives them the right to vote for their people and for World Health?

Remember that a “working group” appointed by the WHO with similar (lack of) credentials and expertise HAS REWRITTEN the entirety of the International Health Regulations.

As such, the “Amendments” to International Health Regulations do not conform to “amendments” at all. They result in entirely NEW regulations in that they differ from the substance, quality, content and spirit of the previous health regulations. As such they would have no legitimacy.

The Pandemic Preparedness “Treaty” would form the basis for new legislation passed in each country.

The unanswered issue is that countries that do not sign either the amendments or pass new legislation around the pandemic treaty will operate completely differently to those that do. The same goes for States in America, Provinces in Canada, and so on in other countries.

We will have health apartheid with a requirement for intra-country border controls.
