The ATF apparently killed electricity to the home; the front room was usually well lit at night but Mrs Malinowski saw only darkness as she peered down towards the front entryway she could only see shadowy outlines of presumed home Invaders, standing in her .front hallway.
That's what Brian saw too.
Brian fired a few shots at the intruder's feet to drive them back out of the front door.
The ATF shot in the head - his wife was standing inches away from him - a mere 57 seconds 57 seconds elapse from the time agents covered the doorbell camera until gunshots erupted and Brian was fatally wounded. 6.0246 am to 6.0343 am.
Agents immediately dragged Mrs Malinowski into the front yard - she was barefoot wearing minimal night clothing and the temperature was 34°.
They locked her in the backseat of a car and detained her there for 4 hours, refusing her many requests to check on her husband - her husband she had just seen shot - wouldn't allow her to get clothes or even use the neighbours’ bathroom,
Even though policies have been in place at both the ATF and the Little Rock Police Department for the past three years. requiring the use of body cameras, on executing any search warrant the Department of Justice tells us that nobody cameras were used

Here’s a few observations.
What was the motive for what appears to be, this pre-meditated murder? What are the identities and backgrounds of each of the hit squad? Have they bee suspended from duty, pending an investigation?
It shows that, if they wanted to, the FBI could have used lethal force to assassinate Trump had he been home during the document raid on Mar a Lago.
I assume that no special dispensation was required for the use of lethal force on the search warrant – all law enforcement are always armed and ca use weapons at their discretion.
Malinowski was NOT a known violent offender, convicted of ay crime.
Why did the ATF not simply knock on Malinoqwski’s door during daylight hours? Why did they feel the need to block the door cam, turn off the electricity and smash the door in with weapons drawn?
Arkansas has “stand your ground laws” – this looks like entrapment.
Republicans in the Arkansas Legislature have introduced a "stand-your-ground" self-defense bill for consideration this session after past efforts failed.

Law enforcement knew this – anyone being subjected to the same circumstances, seeing armed intruders would have acted in the same way. Entrapment.
The comparison with the death of Geirge Floyd is stark. Floyd was a violent career criminal who beat women and was busted committing a crime.
His town council awarded his family tens of millions of dollars BEFOW a trial of Chauvin was concluded – an example of lawfare that impoverishes the people in order to virtue signal I would not be surprised if the councillors received kickbacks from the Floyd family after the award.
Malinowski was an innocent man, who had no prior convictions and was shot dead, point blank, by a Gestapo squad who had every intention of using lethal force – for suspected clerical errors on odious paper work – who were probably wearing night vision goggles.
Where are the persistent, daily and shrieking national headlines, the street riots, spreading around the world, the mass demonstrations against the ATF, FBI and local law enforcement? Crickets. It’s only “woke” if a violent. black, career criminal dies whilst committing a crime, not an innocent white man who never hurt anyone.
I wonder what the Governor of Arkansas, Sarah Huckabee Sanders makes of this brutal murder of an innocent in her State.

Did you mean Arkansas has "stand your ground" laws? Little Rock, is in Arkansas (AR). Arizona (AZ) statutes are an interesting aside if you meant to include those statutes in a story about Arkansas. Maybe Arkansas has "stand your ground" laws too? It is a gun rights friendly state. Please clarify for the reader. The central point is well-made, just that part distracts from it fully landing as you intend.
The problem is, nothing will change and Jim Jordon knows that, its one big fat uni-party and they're all playing a role.
