Dr Vernon Coleman turns the /sarc dial up to maximum to pillory the UK’s National Health Service – Aspirin as an alternative prophylactic and cure to State health care and chemists
For those unfamiliar “/s” is shorthand for sarcasm.
From here:
How I hope to survive the NHS’s latest attempt to kill me – The Expose (expose-news.com)
Opening salvo:
“So, the NHS has found a crafty way around its problem.
It has downgraded strokes and heart attacks, and in future, they will be treated in the same category as headaches.
More shock and horror.”
Second barrel:
“The new advice is that patients who think they’ve had a heart attack or a stroke will be told to get in touch with their GP or a pharmacist.”
Surely, that cannot be true!
“Read that line again. And then, because you don’t believe me, check it out.
If you have a heart attack or a stroke you’re supposed to ring your GP and make an appointment for three weeks on Friday. Or drag yourself to the chemist and queue up for advice from a 16-year-old girl with O-level gymnastics and too much makeup.”
I can only imagine that the demand for private health in the UK is rocketing higher. There are quite a few.

Here are a couple of fun facts.
NHS workforce - GOV.UK Ethnicity facts and figures (ethnicity-facts-figures.service.gov.uk)
The NHS employs 1.3 million people to handle the UK’s 68.5 million people. Around one person in 50.
“Main facts and figures around 1.3 million people were employed by the NHS at the end of March 2020 77.9% of NHS staff were White (out of staff whose ethnicity was known), and 22.1% were from all other ethnic groups combined”
Is State spending being neglected? Well, it doesn’t look like it. From here:
UK Healthcare Spending - Analysis, Charts 2015_2025Charts Tables (ukpublicspending.co.uk)
Fifty billion pounds in 2000 has quadrupled to over 200 billion pounds last year. Of course, if you reflect these numbers as a percentage of GDP – which measures activity, not wealth – spending increases look much more timid (watch this hand, while I pick your pocket).
Health care spending as a percentage of GDP has “only” doubled since 2000 (/s).
How does this compare internationally?

Rapidly catching up with the top “dog” US.
Health spending for all countries will, of course, need to increase dramatically over the next few years in order to match the huge increase in demand from the vaxx injured.

I found Dr Coleman awhile ago and have been following him ever since. He is very wise.
OMG!!! It never ends and gets more ridiculous and in your face as the seconds tick by!!
