The web link below has images of the i-phone screens for each step. I don’t have an i-phone, am not familiar with any updates since this April 2023 newsletter and do not recommend doing this, but some may find it useful?

A 5G signal does not need to be transmitted to a phone and then used to activate anything.
The signal can activate a response in anything that is receptive to the signal.
They won't need to send an "alert."
If the device is on, (and they can even turn it on for you without your knowledge) all they have to do is send the PULSE.
Truly, the only completely "safe" bet is to stick phones in metal boxes, and UNPLUG all wireless devices in your home. And even this might not be enough since they can send these frequencies through smart-meters. I think I will go backpacking in the middle of nowhere for a couple of weeks;-) Take my chances with the bears and the pumas.
