Now, it might be that there are differences in levels and methods of reporting of testing, cases and deaths – and hence actives and recoveries, but do these explain the number of critical cases per million?
Why are there 24 times as many Americans as Indians in critical (serious) condition?
The numbers injected per 100 from here are 201 for the US (668 million doses) and 153 for India (2.2 billion doses).

Hmm? Only? I run around shouting WTF!
Except for the Marxist-run state of Tamil Nadu, many other states in India have been using ivermectin to prevent and to cure COVID, this has produced a 97% reduction in COVID death rates in New Delhi for example, I think this likely accounts for the figures shown on this table.
