How much would the lawyers get? 30%?

Call me a cynic, but SDNY is the same jurisdiction that is busy fabricating evidence in the on-going Trump witch hunt.
On the other cynical hand, I doubt that JPMorgan would have “settled” such a huge sum if its most senior personnel did not personally “enjoy” the benefits of Epstein’s island!

Meanwhile, a JP Morgan servicing client is demanding payment for the maintenance costs of 294 thirteen year old girls who have been held in storage for JP Morgan executives for four years now, now near their useby date. Nah, I just made this up, but it kinda demonstrates the extant morality of corporations and the judiciary today. We need amassive cleanout.
