Hunter Biden convicted on all three-gun crime charges – to be sentenced in 120 days (mid-October 2024) – maximum 25 years in prison, fine of up to $750,000 - will get at least THREE YEARS
From here:
“The jury in the Hunter Biden gun trial on Tuesday found the first son guilty on all three federal charges in connection with the purchase of a gun in 2018.”
The crimes were blatant and not fabricated by politically motivated prosecutors.
“Hunter Biden is set to be sentenced by District Judge Maryellen Noreika, which she said is normally scheduled for 120 days after the conviction, according to CNN. This means the first son will likely be sentenced in mid-October, shortly before his father will face Donald Trump in a presidential election rematch. “
From here:
“Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony is a class B felony. (b) A person convicted under subsection (a) of this section shall receive a minimum sentence of 3 years at Level V, notwithstanding the provisions of § 4205 (b) (2) of this title.”
Hunter Biden was taking crack at the time. He was not charged with this.
Delaware Cocaine Laws - FindLaw
“The possession, sale, or trafficking of cocaine is a felony crime in most states. Possession of a small amount of the drug can lead to severe punishments, even for juveniles. For instance, the statute states that even if the seller is under the age of 16 there is a mandatory sentence of 1 year. Delaware cocaine laws are similar to cocaine laws in other states, going up in severity and punishment with multiple offenses.”
Delaware is especially severe on crack cocaine offences committed close to schools.
Remember the “prosecution” tried to sneak immunity from prosecution past the judge but, luckily, failed.
What happened to the tax fraud and “business dealings”? Quit the plea deal. Drop those two aspects and look for leniency for crack and illegal firearm possession. Why did he need a gun anyway? Didn’t he have Secret Service protection?
Hunter Biden’s laptop was dropped off in Delaware – why weren’t the crimes detailed in that report also prosecuted?
“The story was based around contents found on the hard drive of a laptop that had allegedly belonged to Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. Citing emails found on the hard drive, the Post reported it had a "smoking gun" proving that the elder Biden had met with a Ukrainian energy firm executive while Hunter sat on the board of that firm.”
Breach of the Lovan Act, FARA and treason “forgiven” in the plea deal for crack and gun possession charges? Quite the plea deal!!!
Judge Delays Hunter Biden Plea Deal - The New York Times (nytimes.com)
“The two-part plea agreement negotiated between Hunter Biden and the U.S. attorney in Delaware is on the verge of collapsing after the judge in the case questioned whether it offered Mr. Biden blanket immunity from prosecution for his business dealings — or only for tax offenses.”
Hunter Biden's plea deal collapsed. What happens now? - BBC News
“Hunter Biden's deal with prosecutors to plead guilty to two misdemeanour tax evasion charges and defer punishment for lying on a gun license application collapsed in dramatic fashion in a Delaware federal courtroom on Wednesday.”
“Eventually, Mr Biden's side agreed to the prosecution's view - but that proved to be just the first stumbling block. The judge then questioned the gun deal - in which no charges would be filed if Mr Biden stayed out of legal trouble and did not attempt to purchase firearms for two years.”
So, we wait to se if there is an appeal. His dad maybe won’t pardon him and maybe the NY judge will sentence Trump to the same term, and he will appeal that sentence on top of his appeal for bringing a mischievous and fabricated case for Federal crimes – already dismissed – into a state court. Then there’s the Letitia James case…

It is a slap on the wrist compared with his more serious crimes from which this is nothing but a distraction.
And they should take his gun rights away.
