Farmers are some of the smartest, toughest and most resilient people I have known – which makers them great at rugby! Coal miners too, but that breed is almost extinct.

The centre right AfD appears far right to the monster raving lunatics of the Cult of Moloch and they are making good ground in the political battleground in Germany.

There is a sea change occurring in German politics that still has a way to go to capture the hearts and minds of voters that vote for “traditional” parties. Thos parties have managed to bring Germany to the brink of a depression – reducing living standards by the most in decades in pursuit of ridiculous” green and past C19 political – not scientific or medical - polices that especially hit the elderly, the sick and the poor.

The ”solution” to political opposition is typical of those that are unpopular with the world at large – ban and censor the opposition.

“Despite the AfD's strong polling, banning the party remains an option for the leader of Germany's left of centre SPD, Saskia Esken.

"Such a party ban is rightly subject to high hurdles. But I am convinced that we should keep reviewing it," Esken told dpa. "It is important that we talk about banning the AfD and that voters are shaken up."

Imagine that – banning the opposition – sound almost “Trumpish” – is there a common denominator there?
