Idle Sunday musings on the criminality of the Democratic Party and the Trump trials

Disclaimer: In my view the Democratic Party has abandoned all its past qualities in exchange for a mission to reduce the US to the status of a third world failed socialist state

J6 trials seem to be centring on whether Trump acted in an official or a personal capacity and whether statements he made like “Find me the votes” meant “create votes” or “find missing votes”.

Also, if h received advice from his Attorney General that a proposed course of action was legal, then he is immune from prosecution.

Let’s leave aside the fact that a “government” is a transient term and does not reflect the fact the 2020 election was rife with fraud (rigged). We have an odious criminal cartel hiding behind the label “The Democratic Party”.

SCOTUS has forgotten that the US was founded by overthrowing the same tyrannical powers that the Democratic Party has now imposed.

I wonder if SCOTUS will consider what a POTUS should do if he has clear evidence of a fraudulent election?

Funny how Trump is being accused of inciting the J6 “invasion” of the Capitol when the actual inciter. Ray Epps walks free. Why hasn’t Lieutenant Byrd been charged with the murder of Ashley Babbitt?

Isn’t the repeat of a trial about “payments to Stormy Daniels “double jeopardy? The case has already been tried and Trump was found not guilty.

Funny how a National Archives staff member met with Biden staff BEFORE transporting half a dozen boxes of records to Mar a Lago and THEN a low-level court official in Florida signed a warrant to raid Mar a Lago.

Funny how no charges have been levelled against Biden when he had top secret documents in his garage WHEN HE WAS NOT IN OFFICE. Hillary Clinton of course did the same. What about all that official business conducted via email by Clinton, Obama and Biden?

Why hasn’t Hillary Clinton been prosecuted for treason for using Russians to create false claims against POTUS Trump via Steel and Perkins Coie?

Where is “equal treatment under the law” applied to the victimless accusations of crime alleged against Trumps financing arrangements when violent crimes like the assault of NYPD by illegal immigrants or the (failed) prosecution of a bodega owner who acted in self-defence of an attack with a deadly weapon by a criminal?

Where are the charges against dirty Fani Willis for de facto embezzlement of County funds to pay for sex by hiring a buffoon on an exorbitant salary and receiving “payment on kind”?

Funny how the buffoon went to the White House BEFORE the charges were laid against Trump.

Why has Speaker Johnson not released the remaining J6 prisoners awaiting trial with no bail?

One last question. If all these charges fall away, who is going to pay for the tens of millions of dollars in costs incurred by the criminal DemoNrat party? Why aren’t the lawyers made to pay for their “arbitrary and capricious” actions rather than taxpayers?

The US should not be run by an incompetent, traitorous, Mafia style criminal cartel. – especially when it did not vote for one.

Why hasn’t Whitmer been arrested for fabricating a plot of her own kidnapping – along with the arrests of the FBI agents engaged in that fake plot?

Why isn’t the veto of “no products made using child or slave labour” by Katie Hobbs not front-line page news everywhere?

All these musings on top of the “no investigation” into the Democratic Party inventing a fake pandemic - to crush a booming Trump economy- - big pharma making hundreds of billions of profits – with crumbs funnelled back to the Democratic Party – the trillions spent on useless and expensive “green energy” that further consigns the poor, the elderly and infirm to even more energy poverty – on top of food inflation, rising insurance and higher taxation -  and, of course, the hundreds of billions, if not trillions spent on opening the US borders to escaping criminals from turd world countries.

Just my observations and opinions – gleaned from non-MSM sources.

Oh, by the way, can someone inform Treasury officials that money returned to Iran but held in a Qatari bank can b used as collateral by Iran to obtain loans from that Qatari bank? Seems they don’t understand how that works – so a statement that “not one cent” of the Iranian money is available to Iran is a deliberate obfuscation.
