In less than 100 minutes – 1 March 2024 at 11am Sydney time, Justice Rofe will be delivering her decision on the Summary Dismissal Application brought by Pfizer and Moderna

tomorrow at 11am Sydney time Justice Rofe will be delivering her decision on the Summary Dismissal Application brought by Pfizer and Moderna

recall .. both companies argued Dr Julian Fidge cannot bring these proceedings because he is not a properly 'aggrieved person' under Section 147 of the Gene Technology Act:

(1)  If a person has engaged, is engaging, or is about to engage in any conduct that is or would be an offence against this Act or the regulations, the Federal Court of Australia (the Court ) may, on the application of the Regulator or any other aggrieved person, grant an injunction restraining the person from engaging in the conduct.

during the hearing of the summary dismissal application, and in our written submissions, we of course argued .. what can Dr Fidge be, but aggrieved out of his mind

he was not told Pfizer and Moderna contain GMOs on that basis he received the drugs himself administered them to his family and injected many a patient

.. then subsequently learned some important information .. they contain GMOs

Dr Fidge is not just aggrieved, he is seething with anger

of course we went into a whole lot more detail .. and let us not begin to discuss the utter failure of Informed Consent
