Ireland criminalizes internet content – lays the groundwork that aligns with the censorship and compliance with upcoming WHO regulations
From here:
“On Wednesday, April 26, Ireland’s Dáil – the lower chamber of Parliament – passed the bill by a vote of 110-14. Officially titled The Criminal Justice (Incitement to Violence or Hatred and Hate Offences) Act 2022, it is expected to pass the Senate later this month, where progressives hold a large majority.
Among other things, the bill strengthens a 1989 law to ensure legal protections for gender identity and sexual orientation. More specifically, it places heavy restrictions on “any intentional or reckless communication or behavior that is likely to incite violence or hatred against a person or persons because they are associated with a protected characteristic.”
“As written, the law states that you can be prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned just for possessing material that could conceivably – in the mind of some functionary – be considered hateful if somebody else saw it,” Irish media outlet GRIPT has reported. “And if you don’t want to be convicted, you would need to prove that you did not intend to share it with anyone else.”
Ireland joins Canada, the UK, Australia, the EU and the US in putting in place a framework that can easily be adapted to upcoming WHO regulations and treaties.
Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (who.int)
“In the context of the WGIHR, the 196 States Parties to the IHR (including the 194 WHO Member States) are considering more than 300 proposed amendments to 33 of the 66 articles of the IHR and 5 of its 9 annexes, plus 6 new articles and 2 new annexes.
Pursuant to decision WHA75(9), and taking into consideration the report of the Review Committee regarding amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005), the WGIHR will propose a package of amendments for consideration by the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly, 2024.”

We have this on page 21 of 97 – you can read this in the context that every single measure recommended by the WHO and its lack of quality FAILED. The fault lies with those pointing out errors that resulted in death, harms, poverty, hunger, disease and misery – not just from C19 and the measures taken – but for the 95% of people whose health was not impacted by C19 itself.
The hubris is truly staggering in NOT considering the costs and adverse events from policies.
“Countering misinformation and disinformation
During the COVID-19 pandemic, multiple sources of inaccurate, spurious misinformation and disinformation from a range of political, social and cultural sources hindered a meaningful public health response. Misinformation and disinformation can also undermine public trust in health agencies and impede public confidence in, and compliance with, governmental or WHO guidance. In particular, the rapid growth of anti-vaccination messages promulgated through social media posed a significant challenge to managing the associated response.”
There were significant challenges because the policies advocated were contrary to decades of scientific and medical evidence and involved the experimentation on the world population of untried, unproven treatments that FAILED clinical trials – a fact that a WHO should have picked up and did not. The WHO has no quality procedures or capabilities to ensure compliance with quality controls.
Here comes a reference to the propaganda management – (previously enforced by the (dis)Trusted News Initiative.
“Three newly proposed articles introduce provisions related to strengthening compliance with the Regulations, improving their overall implementation, and holding States Parties accountable for that.”
“Proposals include, strengthening reporting mechanisms to provide regular progress updates; mobilizing technical and financial assistance in support of implementation; and creating avenues for Member State dialogue to promote compliance and accountability.”
Sounds pretty, right? Keep in mind that the WHO has no track record in the strategic management of ANY national health system let alone running a global health system. All the issues faced by national health systems will be “failed upwards” to the global level and run by people even less competent than those running national health systems. procurement, supply chains, manufacturing quality, compliance, enforcement, design – the lot.
“Among them are: proposals for WHO to have an increased and supportive role in surveillance and response to PHEICs and other events; proposals to make it easier for WHO to perform multiple new roles, including playing a coordinating function within the response phase of a PHEIC; and proposals to expand its role not only to provide technical guidance and coordination, but as part of this, to assess the availability of medical and non-medical countermeasures and determine their global distribution when planning a response.”
The WHO does not have the competence to do this and so everyone will suffer multiple times more poor quality health treatments and outcomes than delivered by national health systems that are already severely depleted by staff shortages (quality and quantity) budget constraints and massive losses from the complete collapse in confidence of the public that has seen the fraud and corruption, led by the WHO and big pharma.
The IHR 2005 amendment process and the Pandemic Treaty are the punishment – bludgeoning people into silence with thousands of pages of bullshit and holding secret meetings that withhold more thousands of pages of bullshit AND THEN saying that “silence is approval”. Exactly as torture works to extract a confession, except in this case it is the mental and psychological abuse of a kakistocracy of global bullies who have failed upwards to fill their current positions and who have been bribed with blood money to adopt the wishes of big pharma pirates and slavers.

Censorship and migrants 80,000 in a year shipped to this tiny island? They trying to destroy Ireland.
It's going to happen to every country by the tyrants.
Great post! It seems today everything is nothing more than a word salad with words and phrases that sound good on the surface, yet are hell on earth when you read between the lines. It’s like coating a habanero pepper with honey, it’s sweet at the beginning and then the fire hits you when you least expect it, lol 😂. I’m old school here, it it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!
I love the part where it reads “so they can plan their response” say what? A planned response? If you kick me in the shin, I’m not going think about my response, my response will be an immediate yowl! And odds are I’ll kick you back!
Me, I’m sick and tired of all the subterfuge and stealth meanings in their bullshit propaganda for world control. What truly amazes me, is this seems OK with so many? Seriously, tell me we don’t have this many stupid people in the world. Is critical thinking dead?
We need to stand up NOW! And understand these who folks are satans minions and will stop at nothing to kill, destroy and control humanity.
From the start none of this has ever been about health and the well being of society. Maybe once that sinks in we can move forward.
God have mercy on us all.
