Executive and judicial branches, constitutionally, who is stronger?
Interesting take on the issue of injunctions and restraining orders etc that have these judges acting as “king or queen” – they cannot issue “rulings” – they can only issue opinions.
This is all written in the Constitution – Articles 1-3.
