Just another manic Monday – cyanide compound in Vitamin B12 plus on a more positive note, a discussion on the benefits of Chlorine Dioxide (Cl O2) on WCH at 6 pm GMT (1 pm EST)
Let’s start with a positive note:
From here (h/t
Coming Up—The Breakthrough of Chlorine Dioxide Solution (worldcouncilforhealth.org)
“Coming Up—Transforming Health and Sanitation: The Breakthrough of Chlorine Dioxide Solution
Join us as Dr Tess Lawrie sits down with Dr Andreas Kalcker, a pioneer in alternative health solutions. Together, they explore the potential and controversies surrounding Chlorine Dioxide. Dr Kalcker shares his insights on Chlorine Dioxide, a compound that’s been the center of heated debates in the realms of health and sanitation.”
“We will also hear a Better News update from Christof Plothe, DO.”
Here’s an old article for context:
And now for the more controversial issue – cyanide compounds in Vitamin B12 (h/t Ramon)
Cyanocobalamin = C₆₃H₈₈CoN₁₄O₁₄P
Cyanide | Definition, Uses, & Effects | Britannica
Cyanide, any compound containing the monovalent combining group CN. In inorganic cyanides, such as sodium cyanide (NaCN), this group is present as the negatively charged cyanide ion; these compounds, which are regarded as salts of hydrocyanic acid, are highly toxic. Organic cyanides are usually called nitriles; in these, the CN group is linked by a covalent bond to a carbon-containing group, such as methyl (CH3) in methyl cyanide (acetonitrile).
Just to stress, I am not a medic or a scientist – this is simply relaying what is “out there”.

Why Do Vitamin B12 Supplements Contain Cyanide? - Dody Chiropractic
“How Is Cyanide Found In Vitamin B12?
The form of vitamin b12 used in nearly all mass-market vitamins is called cyanocobalamin. This is a cyanide-based form of b12 and it is the most common form found on the market! Unknown to most consumers, cyanocobalamin is found in a wide range of vitamins and foods as a synthetic additive.
Why Do Vitamin B12 Supplements Contain Cyanide
This form of b12 is used because it is so cheap. This form is made via total chemical synthesis, from mammalian tissue, or recovered from activated sewage sludge! Ew- gross! Another reason why it is used is that it is quite stable and won’t easily perish.”
Ewww indeed!!!
“So, what should you do?
Methylcobalamin
There are severe consequences of vitamin b12 deficiency though as well. Luckily there is another form of vitamin b12 and the ideal form for supplementation is methylcobalamin. This form is typically more expensive. However, you are getting a natural, biologically available form of vitamin b12 without any toxins! This form is able to absorb under the tongue and is also a methyl donor.”
Make of this what you will. It makes sense to me.

All good except if your body doesn't make intrinsic factor, you're stuck with injectable B12, and as far as I know, that's only made with cyanocobalamin. I'm probably the only person here with that problem, but if you've got it, too, don't stop your injections. Your body needs B12 to survive, and unfortunately, injections are the only way to get it into you.
If you're healthy, this isn’t an issue, so do what you will.
Peter - a bit off topic, you've got an ongoing WEF NET-ZERO FEAR PORN problem in the UK and US that may not be getting enough notice, Here's one of the latest: "A sinister agenda down on the farm" - - https://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/a-sinister-agenda-down-on-the-farm/ - - see what you think!
