London’s anti-white racist mayor’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) loses in court – ordered to refund fines – claims a “processing error” led to incorrect evidence supplied to adjudicator
From here:
Scaffolder Launches Crowdfunding to Challenge ULEZ Charges After Legal Victory | The Epoch Times
“Anti-ULEZ protesters hope a pioneering test case may set a precedent for the future of ULEZ, leaving anyone able to appeal future fines.”
“.. the existing signs for the scheme inadequately informed drivers about the charges.
Although the tribunal's decision lacks universal legal authority, Mr. Willcox has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to undertake a pioneering test case, aiming to establish that all signs in the extended ULEZ infringe road traffic laws.”
Good luck with that! I
am betting that the bigoted, Marxist mayor will simply order all the roads in the ULEZ to be painted red, with hammers and sickle check points manned by his brotherhood to ensure compliance at major choke points. All funded from the fines levied on the poor who cannot afford new “compliant to arbitrary emissions rules”. The ULEZ and the other misery causing tax – the Congestion Charge – are due to take in half a billion pounds a year – at least – so plenty of money for signs, paint and policing.
Looks like there is a news blackout on the activities of “Blade Runners” busily removing all the cameras installed to make sure Londoners are living in a police state.
“If successful, this legal action could lead to refunds for drivers charged £12.50 a day for bringing their older or ‘high polluting’ cars into the zone. Mr. Willcox, a resident of Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, expressed his determination to seek justice not only for himself but also for the thousands of motorists penalised in these zones.”
Only the worst kind of politician taxes the poor to enable their own lavish, jet setting life style – Sadiq Jhan is such a politician – no doubt seeking a place at the big taxpayers trough at the Houses of Parliament. For example, exactly what did Khan achieve by flying himself and 6 “bag carriers”/luggage porters to New York for last month’s UN meetings? First class, business pr cattle class – place your bets.
“According to Mr. Willcox, TfL's low emission zone policies, ULEZ, and its expansion are fundamentally unlawful. He stated, "I believe the policy of Transport for London with the low emission zone, the Ultra Low Emission zone, and the expansion is completely unlawful.
Transport for London is claiming it is all a mistake and that Willcox had not been fined. Willcox claims TfL is deliberately stalling – which would chime with all socialist weaponizations of the legal process – “the process is the punishment” is their mantra.
“Speaking to The Epoch Times, Mr. Willcox disclosed email communications from lawyers, alleging deliberate stalling tactics by TfL in the judicial process. He claimed TfL has attempted to derail the process despite clear court orders for immediate repayments.”
TfL says “no fines were paid so no repayments were due, and in any case, doe to a “processing error” relevant evidence was not supplied to the adjudicating court.

In the same way that THERE IS NO CLOMATE CRISIS and the science is NOT settled, neither is 5he issue taxing the poor to enforce measures based on junk science either
TfL must make charges and zones clearer. No doubt, “Blade Runners” can extend their “Robin Hood” outlaw activities to removing any signs erected by the Marist, racist mayor’s TfL.
“He said: "I've been told that there was no sign on the road where this vehicle was situated either. So on that basis, I think that anybody would be able to appeal against this with great success, because this is not compliant with road traffic regulations and general directions 2016."
Let’s also see whether all those who have been surprised by a fine for transgressing the ULEZ file appeals on the same basis “I saw no sigh indicating I was in the ULEZ”.
“'Anybody Would Be Able To Appeal'
Mr. Willcox also pointed out inadequacies in the signage and road markings within the zones. He argued that these deficiencies render the entire system non-compliant with road traffic regulations, making it, in his view, unlawful.”
Watch out for lots of signage appearing on every street with fine print below on the terms for compliance!
