If the much heralded Russian spring offensive (due in the next few weeks?) reaches Odessa, there might be a few explosions of the “American neo-cons committed acts of war against Russia BEFORE Russia invaded Ukraine a year ago”. Neo-cons operate on both sides of the aisle, but it seems ever more likely that Ukraine has been the chosen base for more Democratic Party money laundering than the Republican Party, given the Biden, Pelosi, Obama and Kerry involvement over the last two decades.

I wonder why the document, twice, at least at the beginning, spells 'plague' as 'plaque'. In the heading it's spelt correctly. Whoever wrote that report needs to brush up on their English. There's quite a bit of difference between the Black Death and a sticky deposit on one's teeth, or an ornamental tablet - whichever definition you take.
