Got that? He broke the law. He engaged in a criminal act. Repercussions? Zero.

Here’s the first attempt to commit a crime, from June 2023.

“By a vote of 6-3, the justices ruled that the Biden administration overstepped its authority last year when it announced that it would cancel up to $400 billion in student loans. The Biden administration had said that as many as 43 million Americans would have benefitted from the loan forgiveness program; almost half of those borrowers would have had all of their student loans forgiven.”

Those eligible took out loans to study topics that should have increased their employability. A huge swathe has paid their loas back, millions could not afford the loans and so were denied an education. Prices for education escalated over decades and many took loans in the “woke” sciences that only destroyed wealth, rather than creating it. Most of those targeted to receive “relief” were from families earning above the median household income. The entire scheme was a travesty from start to finish.

But that has not stopped the decrepit old windbag figurehead of the Democratic Party attempting blatant vote buying again.

Here is who is targeted for this latest version of the crime of racial discrimination to buy votes in a demographic in which support for Resident Biden is cratering by stealing from the demographic where opposition is increasing. Or which will be paid for by increasing the massive pile of Federal debt, hurtling towards 35 trillion bucks from decades of failed health, education and welfare policies, pork barrel spending and global belligerence.

“Biden’s new plan would take taxpayer money to wipe out the student loan debt of over 30 million borrowers, the White House said.

The administration said that the actions were specifically designed to provide relief to black and Latino borrowers who attended community college and who are financially vulnerable because they took out debt but never had the chance to complete their degree.”

Got that? Black ad Latino borrowers. Not whites or Asians or First people. Black ad Latino.

That on its face is racist. An intentionally designed racist policy to buy votes. How many people of other skin colours would have taken the chance to go to community colleges if they had known they would be free?

“The plan would provide relief to:

·        borrowers who owe more than they did at the start of repayment;

·        borrowers who are otherwise eligible for loan forgiveness, but have not yet applied;

·        borrowers who first entered repayment many years ago;

·        borrowers who enrolled in low-financial-value programs; and

·        borrowers experiencing hardship paying back their loans.”

Which is EVERY borrower – even those who are paying back their loans.

These loans are contracts between consenting adults. Students were free to sign, and the terms were clear.

There are many credit contracts out there. This is the equivalent of giving free electric vehicles to everyone in the Democratic Party club and about as useful or installing free wind turbine and solar panels in every Democratic Party household.

These are not the actions of a government; they are the act of a criminal organisation.

It is yet another criminal act and a blatant attempt at buying votes ad yet another illustration of the insane attitude of the Democratic Party that a POTUS controls the purse strings of the republic and that all browning is income and never needs to be repaid. When was there ever a mob that would not vote themselves free money?

Enquiring minds want to know what happens to those who have just enrolled in “woke” degree courses who are not, yet, suffering hardship – and those abut to enrol? How much will this cost? The last scheme was touted as “only” costing 400 million bucks – with estimates ratcheted upwards towards a trillion. Will this cost 100 billion, 200, or 500 billion? This money does not “belong” to the Democratic Party and its mob of “woke” childish, virtue signalling supporters.

The plan, as always, is to forgive personal liability and socialise losses into Federal debt in order to collapse the economy under the weight of that debt and usher in communism, where money is replaced by strict behavioural norms imposed by moronic apparatchiks.

Lok at this quote from the Resident “No, I mean it sincerely. We continue to find alternative paths to reduce student debt payment that are not challenging.”

A sentence that signifies nothing of substance, only new ways to commit crimes against America as a whole.
