Dr Risch differentiates treatments for out-patient and hospitalization, states that hundreds of thousands of lives could have been saved had the FDA/CDC not colluded with big pharma to produce multi-billion dollar profits.

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) out-patient treatment protocols were banned by the FDA/CDC with no evidence of harms.

Of note, HCQ was removed from general sale in France in Autumn 2019 and restricted to prescriptions only - based on lies told by the then Minister of Health.

This stinks. Reminds me of this video from Dr Bean that presented evidence that the SARS-COV2 virus that causes the CoVID-19 disease was present in Italy in the SUmmer of 2019.
