Pssst.. Wanna see a pack of ravenous wolves and a few fat sheep arguing about what’s for dinner? The WHO’s INB9 pre-meeting! What’s the betting that the UN will come up with a new crypto currency!!!

The last meeting of “parties” making comments on many paragraphs that might be finalised during the upcoming INB9 – International Negotiating Body 9 – on 18-28 March 2024.

The International Negotiating Body is charged with the task of drafting and negotiating “a WHO convention, agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response”.

Here’s my view of what is actually going on.

Either the changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR) or the Pandemic Treaty or both will require legislation in national parliaments around the world that obliges governments to commit to purchase all the same equipment and “vaccines” into a giant pot overseen by the WHO.

For developed countries like the US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, Japa, Russia, China and India (India is the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer) – to manufacture vaccines and equipment (and oxygen) until the WHO tells them to stop. One would hope that this would an excess of demand per country. This already happened for C19 vaccines.

The price of all that Disease X “stuff” or to meet New Zero targets (I think is Disease X is a placeholder for climate change) will be set by the manufacturers, not the WHO or any country receiving this excess.

The WHO will require big pharma and disease equipment manufacturers to build manufacturing plants in every country. The changes to the IHR or the new pandemic preparedness treaty will be passed into national laws and hence will require funding via taxation and/or government debt.

See how it works? The WHO isn’t taxing countries – it is requiring national governments to pass laws that fund the WHO ad whatever it wants.

I have seen numbers that indicate that the cost to developed countries like the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada and Japan will a twentieth of their current GDP health spending ANNUALLY – developed countries spend around 11-12% of the value health component of GDP. (When was the last time you saw health costs going down? So, this is a minimum.

Now, developed countries have current debt to GDP of 100% and up. Japan is 250%, Germany closer to 60%. Bottom lie, the developed world is bankrupt AND governments everywhere are running sizeable fiscal deficits – so additional costs will further increase fiscal deficits and debt.

India and China stand to be the major beneficiaries of any changes to IHR and Pandemic Treaty because they are the largest manufacturers of products in this area – for their mass-produced crap products ad cheap prices.

The temptation of the developed nations will be to monetize the additional deficits – central banks will by the additional debt issued by their governments in true Modern Monetary Theory style.

Failing that, we will likely see a new “global” financial institution or the World Bank or the IMF, copy a device that papers over the EU’s epic bankrupt status.

I can’t reveal any countries beyond Spain, if any!

The ECB is effectively running a “book entry” trade guarantee system along with the 27 national central banks in the EU. No winners, no losers – money has no value – just a book entry. Many banking intellectuals in Germany consider this a breach oof federal regulations as it “Weimar Republics” the debt via fiat money creation.

Notice that Germany is “owed” a trillion Euros and Spain and Italy “owe” most of that between them. Notice also that tiny Luxembourg, a principality of just 650,000 people is “owed” a whopping quarter of a million Euros! The central bank itself, the ECB, “owes” 400 billion Euros (a “balancing fudge item”) - it has a whopping 5,000 staff!).

The terms “owed” and “owe” are in inverted commas because these are book entries. The amounts represent a de facto record of cumulative trade surpluses and deficits.

This sort of accounting device could be used to create another currency – call it the health crypto currency – the costs can then be completely obfuscated and ignored. Central banks in every country can work out a payment and receipt system and MONETIZE them!

Of course, what should happen is that the hundreds of billions of dollars I overseas aid donated for free to developing countries to developed countries could be switched to a global pandemic or IHR fund. After all, there are more legal and illegal migrants living in developed countries than were ever helped by donating to the source countries of the migrants!

Ok, I saved the best for last. NOT!!

I will bet that wherever the build out of pandemic handling infrastructure occurs there will be significant inflation – 10% increase for a few years, followed by civil unrest and a tear down of these biolabs wherever they are built in five years.

Remember, there was no pandemic and every protocol from masks to lockdowns to social distancing to injections of experimental spike proteins was BOGUS and served no purpose other than to inflict death and battery assault.

There are many paragraphs like this one. I am sure they are all significant, but “the process is the punishment” and this will surely make you require a bucket for the sickening nightmares you will have if you watch it the whole way through!
