Sacked for refusing the vaxx? NY State Supreme Court rules that is "arbitrary and capricious"!

A RULING THAT SHOULD BE HEARD ALL OVER THE WORLD, ESPECIALLY IN CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND!!!!!

“..this Court finds the Commissioners Orders of October 20, 2021, and December 13, 2021, as well as the Mayor’s Executive Order No. 62 to be arbitrary and capricious,” the state court ruled.”

Of course, NY State tax-payers will have to do the reimbursing of back-pay (plus pension rights and health benefits?) the “arbitrary and capricious” decisions made by politicians.

NY City has already appealed. Probably because the politicians of NY City should be personally held liable for the back-pay!

Every worker in every State AND every company that was laid off at around the same time under the same conditions will have a case to bring to get re-instated in positions they were sacked or coerced to leave from, with back pay and benefits.

For companies, shareholders could and should seek redress from company executives and HR departments that acted in a similar way!
