I am struck by the question “who will prosecute the bad actors in the DoD/BARDA that have killed hundreds of thousands of Americans and injured tens of millions?”

At the outset of the pandemic – between January 2020 and April 2020, it was very much “We are all going to die!” – any solution was grabbed in two hands. HCQ protocols came to the fore and then IVM protocols a little later. These solutions, combined with an absence of healthy people collapsing and dying in the streets (especially those living on the streets) relieved the anxiety.

We then saw the age and health characteristics of those that died – one to two years longer than average life expectancy and an average of 4 co-morbidities for those that succumbed. Later we learned that those that succumbed did not die from C19, but by the mental torture of solitary confinement, the deprivation of food and water in medical settings, the denial of antibiotics for pneumonia (falsely diagnosed as C19) and the use of Remdesivir to euthanise the old, the weak and the sick.

All this happened as a consequence of handing over the handling of the pandemic to the military. By Trump signing a State of Emergency, martial law was declared – albeit by stealth.

That means it was the military that decided to block HCQ and IVM treatment protocols. It was the military that determined that FDA and CDC approvals were not relevant or necessary. It was the military that decided that manufacturing standards and testing protocols were irrelevant.

Note to all other countries – neither US Government or its military governs your country, you do. All of the rules and regulations that have been bypassed in the US have no legal standing in your country. Here, your health regulators, politicians, media etc that tried to coerce, blackmail, entice or otherwise threaten your person with an experimental C19 mRNA injection are guilty of crimes against humanity. You are free to prosecute them with or without prejudice.

The roll-out of operation “Warp Speed” leading to mandated experimental mRNA injections was a military operation from start to (yet to) finish.

It follows that there are certain key players, bad actors, within the DoD and BARDA that are guilty of genocide via experiments on Americans.

So, who in the US has the responsibility for the investigation and prosecution of these bad actors?

CRIMES ARISING FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE OPERATIONS including Corruption Involving the Department of Defense Personnel and Frauds Against the Department of Defense and Theft and Embezzlement of Government Property

CRIMES COMMITTED ON MILITARY INSTALLATIONS where Subject(s) can be Tried by Court-Martial or are Unknown and One or More Subjects cannot be Tried by Court-Martial

CRIMES COMMITTED OUTSIDE MILITARY INSTALLATIONS BY PERSONS WHO CAN BE TRIED BY COURT-MARTIAL – where the Offense is Normally Tried by Court-Martial and Crimes Related to Scheduled Military Activities

It would require the sharpest legal minds to bring the relevant case that would discover and prosecute the individuals within the DoD and BARDA command chains to justice.

At this point, I am wondering whether the DoJ and DoD have the slightest intention of seeking prosecutions for abuse of Presidential and military powers.

After all, “Russia, Russia, Russia” was a priority for years and General Milley has far more important things to worry about – or maybe he is one of those bad actors that played a role in Operation Warp Speed.

“A panel set up by Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, called the Independent Review Commission on Sexual Assault in the Military, has recommended that sexual assault and harassment cases be taken out of the chain of command and given instead to “a civilian-led office of the Chief Special Victim Prosecutor,” the Associated Press reported on Thursday.”

Rape is a serious crime. So is killing more than 600,000 Americans and wounding tens of millions.

Maybe Thomas Rentz has this in hand. Not heard much from him lately (censored perhaps?).
