Biden humiliated the President of Ukraine, his staff and the whole of Ukraine.

Shokin does not mince words.

“No doubt that Burisma was involved in criminal activities.”

He says that had he continued with the investigation mixed by Biden all the criminality and corruption would have been revealed.

His personal conviction (not a proven fact) is that 6 million in bribes were paid by Burisma.

Biden’s actions contributed to Russia acquiring Crimea without the need to fire a single shot - paving the way to the invasion of eastern Ukraine.
