The changes to IHR 2005 and the new pandemic treaty will create a transfer of almost a trillion dollars a year from "first world" countries to the rest - bureaucrats and taxpayers clueless
In short, a global redistribution of borrowed wealth from the first world to the second and third world in true Marxist/Maoist fashion - via the creation of a monstrous global government apparatus who cannot be challenged in any court in any country.
I cross-posted an article from Tess Lawrie about UK MP’s waking up to the terms and conditions in the amendments to IHR 2005 and the new Pandemic Treaty.
I used out of date data (from memory) in the comments on the cross-post, so thought I would ball-park some more up to date numbers.
The upcoming financial burden on the world’s economy to be gifted to the WHO is enormous. Simply beggars belief.
That a corrupt organisation - that caused the unnecessary deaths of tens of millions and the injuries to billions from non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPI’s) it invented out of whole cloth, whilst denying decades of evolved NPI’s AND endorsing experimental injections with zero track record which failed clinical trials and post marketing authorization outcomes – such as the WHO has the sheer unmitigated gall to request such funding AND governments around the world are willing to agree to it, is completely and utterly insane. It is NOT the governments (tha tis, bureaucrats) money or within their remit.
What is being sought by the WHO, the BMGF and WEF Is 5% of the current amount spent on each country’s health to be allocated to “pandemic preparedness” plus a percentage (not disclosed) of a country’s GDP.
The usual fraction of GDP for such “things” is around half per cent.
The 5% re-allocation for “pandemic preparedness” will either be transferred from existing health spending, or will have to be raised in taxes – just to stand still – or will have to be borrowed. So will the percentage of GDP.
Remember, the health care systems of the world (especially the “first world”) already have massive hospital waiting lists, they already over-pay administrators and under-pay nurses AND are facing increasing demands from vaxx injuries AND have lost staff because the injections killed or crippled them.
I briefly “surfed” a few web sites like these

Before settling on a ball-park estimate using numbers from here:
Health spending as percent of GDP by country, around the world | TheGlobalEconomy.com
“Health spending as percent of GDP, 2020 - Country rankings: The average for 2020 based on 179 countries was 7.04 percent”.
Okay, so a few years out of date and the first year of the pandemic, but government spending was directed mostly at welfare, not health, and of course, ten percent was sent directly to criminals in the modern equivalent of looting, panic ridden bureaucracies with tax payer money to burn.
Let’s call it 7% of global GDP and let’s add the currently undefined share of GDP that I estimate will likely be 0.5%.
From here:
GDP (current US$) | Data (worldbank.org)
Global GDP for 2021 was 96.5 trillion bucks. I am going to use 100 trillion dollars for ease and a little growth since 2021.
So, we have 7% on average spent on health on global GDP of 100 trillion = 7 trillion bucks a year spent on health across the world.
The about to be signed WHO amendments/treaties want 5% of that 7 trillion bucks of health budgets = 350 billion bucks.
To that 350 billion we need to add an estimated 0.5% of 100 trillion global GDP = 500 billion dollars.
Hopefully it will be half that. 850 billion dollars a year.
EACH AND EVERY YEAR.
And because it is related to nominal GDP and health spending, that has only increased over every 5-10 period since the era of fiat currency, it will only go up. Easily to a trillion bucks a year in just 3-5 years.
Present value of that 850 billion at a 4% perpetuity rate = a capital value of 21.25 trillion bucks in capital value in todays terms.
By way of comparison, the three largest companies in the world, Apple, Saudi Aramco and Microsoft have less than 9 trillion between them.
This gives you some idea of the absolute insanity of these IHR amendments and pandemic preparedness treaties.
Bureaucrats who are so incredibly stupid that they can pretend that their countries - who are already in debt to their eye-balls from past welfare programs (debt to GDP of more than 100%),- who failed in every sense by adopting policies of a quack health organization during a period of a crisis they manufactured - with existing health systems already creaking at the seams - with staff shortages and a rapidly increasing health burden from toxic injections, can somehow create an organization of immense size and complexity that is more than double the size of the three largest companies in the world!!!!
Imagine where the staff will come from to run such a behemoth and the pressures on salaries globally for competent people of quality.
It will be the world’s largest slush fund spawning corruption at every turn.
Don’t forget the “climate crisis” is likely going to be declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC pronounced FAKE). As US Senator Kennedy discovered when cross examining a politically appointed Energy spokesperson during a Senate hearing – 40 trillion bucks, just for the US is cheap to reduce the US share of 14% contribution to greenhouse gases of 2 degrees centigrade by 2050. 40 trillion bucks for 0.28% lower global temperatures – assuming there is no shift to a mini ice age in the next few decades.
In any event, it will be impossible to spend that kind of money from year 1 – I see no provisions for what is not spent each year UNTIL that level is reached.
From here:
World Health Organization: what does it spend its money on? (theconversation.com)
“The total proposed programme budget for the WHO for 2020-21 is US$4.84 billion (roughly about US$2.4 billion per year), a 9% increase from the budget for the previous two years. In addition, $US1 billion is earmarked for emergency operations.”
From 2,4 billion dollars to the odd 850 billion. No organization in the world, not Apple, Google,
And whose snout will it be feeding at the trough of tax payer funded profligacy and waste?
BMGF and WEF “members” (in every sense of the word).
One last and important point.
Who is going to pay for this slush fund?
It won’t be the low and middle income countries.
It will be the – already heavily in debt – first world countries – the US, Europe, Japan, China and Russia. It will be these countries who will, effectively, be transferring their “borrowed wealth” directly to low and middle income countries.
In that 7% of health care spending at the global level, “first” world countries are spending 10-15% of GDP on health care. Low and middle income countries spend far less – they simply don’t have the money.
There is no “returned share” of this spending back to the first world - as Thatcher negotiated with the EU back in the day.
This is a one way annual “donation”. A transfer of (non-existent) wealth from the first world to the second and third world.
In other words, the changes to IHR 2005 and the new pandemic treaty, represent a funding of these low and middle income countries by further impoverishing the high income countries, making them poorer as the WHO seeks the lowest common denominator of “health”.
Poverty, disease and hunger will increase in the high income countries. Everything they have worked for since WWII will be wasted. Rather than increasing living standards in high income countries, these will be placed on a path of decline to an entire world of excited misery.
Such is the inevitable result of Marxism and Maoism. Spending money that does not exist and making everyone miserable and sick.
By way of an example of the massive transfer to the low and middle income countries, here are the numbers for the UK.
Current health care spending 283 billion for 2022. GDP 2.2 trillion pounds. Health care spending Is 11.3% of GDP v 7% for the global average used in the above arithmetic – more than 60% above the average. Other first world countries are a lot higher.
UK GDP - Statistics & Facts | Statista
5% of 283 billion health care spending = 14.15 billion pounds add half per cent of GDP = 11 billion pounds – total around 25 billion pounds.
EACH AND EVERY YEAR.
25 billion pounds that could be spent on a whole bunch of useful stuff, like proper diet, reducing waiting lists, paying nurses more and so on.
Onwards!
