Unelected and seditious, swamp dwelling bureaucrats working in the Biden Administration are working with counterparts in other countries to collude with more unelected bureaucrats in the WHO, to dismantle the US Constitution and equivalents elsewhere

The Expoae-news.com has put a covering note to an article by Dr Joseph Mercola that spells out just how appalling the amendments proposed by the member countries of the WHO – that includes Russia, China, Syria, Cuba and even Afghanistan and North Korea. US negotiators who have no authxs to meet that spending are currently engaged in doing just that. These negotiators are ceding the sovereignty of the US Constitution and Amendments to countries that are hostile to the US and would love to see its power weakened and theirs elevated to dominant status. These countries include China, Russia, North Korea, Afghanistan and Syria.

1. Permissiveness of conflicts of interest and bias is baked in — Under Article 9, WHO can declare a public health emergency based on information from undisclosed sources.

Those sources could include Big Pharma, WHO funders such as the Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded-and-funded GAVI Alliance, or any number of other players with conflicts of interest.

2. Elimination of national sovereignty — Under Article 12, the Director-General has unilateral power to declare a public health emergency and is not required to consult with the WHO Emergency Committee and/or the member state before doing so.

3. Expansion of situations that constitute a PHEIC — A PHEIC is currently defined as an “extraordinary event” in one country that constitutes “a public health risk to other states through the international spread of disease and to potentially require a coordinated international response.”

4. Expansion of the WHO’s executive emergency powers to include:7

·        Permanent bio surveillance capacities.

·        The authority to allocate health products worldwide.

·        The authority to develop regulatory guidelines for the fast-tracking of health products.

·        The capacity to “counter the dissemination of false and unreliable information” about public health events, preventive strategies and pandemic countermeasures.

·        The authority to develop “an interoperability mechanism for secure global digital exchange of health information,” i.e., a global health database to enable the implementation of vaccine passports.

Let’s just take a single issue – “vaccine passports”. Are these “vaccines” to be the toxic c19 mRNA injections developed by the US Military at “Warp Speed”? Would they be Russian “vaccines” developed at Sputnik speed or infused with Ethiopian psychotropic drugs? Would DARPA or North Korean bio labs engineering some whack job concoction be suborned to the WHO?

Now imagine how compliance would work.

UN/WHO inspectors as for nuclear facilities? Or UN/WHO “paece keeping” forces with countries sending a few battalions to the UN/WHO to enforce measures by taking over military facilities in every country?

You never know, maybe the WHO will declare fentanyl a PHEIC and compel the Air Forces of countries to take out every stronghold of Mexican drug cartels using global satellite imagery the WHO has seized control of.

Then there is the Pandemic Treaty which  “.. will grant WHO the sole power to make decisions relating to global biosecurity, including but not limited to the implementation of a global vaccine passport/digital identity, mandatory vaccinations, travel restrictions and standardised medical care. Importantly, the treaty will supersede the laws of member states, including the US Constitution and Bill of Rights.”

But wait, there’s more. Don’t forget the (p)ignorant Net Zero goals to reduce life-giving CO2 levels, prevent the world warming a few degrees or the climate changing (as it has done for billions of years).

“One Health is a concept that has been embraced by the United Nations, the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Bank, and other global organisations.”

Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance – the guy who funded the Wuhan lab at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other bio weapons labs dotted throughout the world – is a key architect of One Health. Australia has already implemented a version of One Health.

Note, the World Bank is a red herring in this context. It builds infrastructure, like dams, roads and power grids. It does not formulate policy, simply implements it via loans. China copied it with its “Belt and Road” projects. That is not to say that the World Bank cannot be weaponized, just that it aims the gun and pulls the trigger, it does not determine a target.

“The term (One Health) originally meant a way of seeing human and animal health as linked – they sometimes are – so that you could improve human health by acting more broadly,” [public health physician and former WHO epidemic policy staffer David] Bell said.

“It has become hijacked and now is used to claim that all human activities, and all issues within the biosphere, affect health, and are therefore within Public Health’s remit.”

“So public health can be deemed to include climate, or racism, or fisheries management, and this is being used to claim that addressing carbon emissions is a health issue and therefore a health “emergency.”

“Biosecurity will be the justification for an international vaccine passport, which the G20 just signed on to, and that passport will also be your digital identification.

That digital ID, in turn, will be tied to your social credit score, personal carbon footprint tracker, medical records, educational records, work records, social media presence, purchase records, your bank accounts and a programmable central bank digital currency (“CBDC”).

Once all these pieces are fully connected, you’ll be in a digital prison, and the ruling cabal – whether officially a one world government by then or not – will have total control over your life from cradle to grave.”
