Maybe the Mexica cattle have H5N1, though I doubt that any CDC personnel would wish to enter the area and risk being shot by paramilitary cartel members operating in the area, let alone do some RT-PCR tests on the Mexican side of the border in that area,
You have to wonder why Arizona Governor Hobbs and the White House old people’s home resident can possibly think this is acceptable – unless they are being paid r threatened by the Mexican drug cartels and their paramilitary wings.
