The role of Private Attorney Generals – here is a claim that sitting politicians, judges, attorneys, sheriffs that do not disclose financial interests are guilty of treason. Military tribunals needed

A Private Attorney General (PAG) is not an attorney. A PAG is defined as follows:

Here is one person acting as a PAG from January 13^th 2021 speaking in a 84 minute interview. Interesting timing vis a vis J6. No further word on the “going public” claimed by Estevez.

The interview starts with a disclosure, there are pending cases and files under pending criminal investigation including by the FBI and NSA. 20,000 troops needed to support a military tribunal to arrest and prosecute those guilty of treason.

The key points are that, without financial disclosures by judges and politicians there is evidence of treason by those that do not comply. All “courts” are theatres formed as corporations, not courts and so is the US government and its agencies (including the Treasury).

Estevez has been active for 12 years and has disqualified 1602 judges in California and Hawaii

Disqualified judges cannot hear Estevez cases because judges are working for a private corporation and have a financial conflict of interest.

Estevez references the work she has done in support of around 15 million people who lost their homes with fraudulent documents via foreclosure.

A now defunct company called Lender Processing Service with 8,000 employees forged the signatures of notary publics. Lender Processing Services changed its name to Blacklight Financial which is owned by Fidelity – Estevez issued arrest orders to Fidelity’s VP of litigation, Stern

Tracy Lawrence tried to prosecute and is now deceased. A person called Cortez relieved criminals of all crimes and got promoted.

Letter to Senator Feinstein – who surrendered jurisdiction.

Felony offence under penal code 115. Millions of people lost their homes because of fraudulent documents.

Judicial tribunal operates independently of judicial system – bypasses judges

All courts are privately owned.

Sheriffs, attorneys and judges operate in a theatre, not a court. If you sit down in the court you agree to the terms of the theatre and consent to be tried in that theatre.

The Great Commission and special judicial – empowers a military tribunal with powers for capital punishment for treason.– Title 18 -  Section 23 81

Courts are privately owned corporations as is the United States. 1871 Vatican corporation suspended the 1776 declaration and formed USA Inc. Treasury is another private company.

De facto government – rather than de jure

De facto - must be accepted but is illegal and illegitimate.

De jure - rightful constitutional legal government.

Restore everything back to 1776.

De jure strips all congress critters of all powers. E.g. Pelosi hasn’t filed financial interests and is not in compliance and cannot take seat (Schiff the same) – file statement of economic interest – transparently to id any conflict of interest.

Twenty thousand troops needed to support the military tribunals.

Military bases have been sold for a dollar to a communist party. (Russia and China). Pasadena Court House used to be a military base and is mentioned. Sold under Obama administration.
