Thought experiment using woke logic used by acolytes of the Cult of Moloch: What is the difference between rape by an aware HIV carrier and injecting a pathogen without informed consent?

For many, including myself, there is very little difference.

The evidence was clear from the clinical trials, was made clearer during the post marketing authorization reports and crystal clear with the massive “spike” in adverse events reported to systems that were expressly designed to catch serious and deadly outcomes.

I developed this line of thought after listening to a conversation between Dr Harvey Risch and Professor Levi on America Out Loud PULSE - Professor Retsef Levi, is the J. Spencer Standish (1945) Professor of Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

During the podcast, Professor Levi speculated that a cynical lawyer would perhaps advise colleges ad universities to leave the “caccine” mandates in place because the chance of any liability from death or injury being ascribed to C19 mRNA injections was close to zero. Even if there were deaths and injuries, the law could create a smoke screen to prevent attribution to injections by claiming other causes – C19 itself, hereditary conditions, pure coincidence, benefits to others etc.

So why would a college or university ever withdraw any mandate for legal reasons?  Screw the students, their health is irrelevant.

And so back to the thought experiment. BARDA, the federal government via the FDA/CDC knew IN ADVANCE that there was a “non-negligible” risk of death and a significant risk of severe (life altering) and serious (life threatening) events. This became increasingly clear as the weeks rolled by from mid-December 2020.

Informed consent to an experimental injection requires that the mandator and enforcer provide the person being injected – in this case the victim of the poisonous experimental injection – with the deaths and injuries in the clinical trials, the post marketing authorization reports AND the rates of reports to the adverse event reporting systems.

Remember it was AN EXPERIMENT!!!

Universities are supposedly centres of learning and research, especially those with medical departments. The chances that they were not aware of, and able to, view clinical trial data, post marketing authorization data, evolving research findings and adverse event reporting system data for the roll-out of the C19 mRNA experimental injections is zero.

So, how is the federal government any different from an aware carrier of the HIV virus committing rape?

I regard the MSM and all those advocating for the C19 mRNA injections as party to gang rape as known HIV carriers as well, by the way.
