Treason – NOUN - showing no loyalty to your country, especially by helping its enemies or trying to defeat its government
Section 3 of Article Three of the Constitution defines treason and empowers Congress to punish treason. Section 3 requires that at least two witnesses testify to the treasonous act, or that the individual accused of treason confess in open court.

18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason
“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
Does this count as treason?
Flashback
Aside from the billions of dollars of cash – hopefully with serial numbers that can be used to invalidate them at any bank anywhere in the world – there is a list of weapons handed over to the Taliban. We also know that Americans are still “left behind” in Afghanistan.
I bet there are a number of small European countries that would love to replenish their armies with kit like this after having donated it to Ukraine (for destruction by capture of, or sale to Russia).

There are other acts that could be defined as treasonous, such as not securing the border and aiding a totalitarian regime that was and is the source of corruption or depleting strategic oil reserves (note these reserves will now be replenished with Russian oil recycled via India and China) and, of xourse, benefitting from ballot rigging , authorizing (along with Obama) the internationally banned “gain of function” biological weapons research – but let’s just think about this one.
Here is a back story from Wikipedia:
“As part of the US–Taliban deal, the Trump administration agreed to an initial reduction of US forces from 13,000 to 8,600 troops by July 2020, followed by a complete withdrawal by 1 May 2021, if the Taliban kept its commitments.[10]
At the start of the Biden administration, there were 2,500 US soldiers in Afghanistan and, in April 2021, Biden said the US would not begin withdrawing these soldiers before 1 May, but would complete the withdrawal by 11 September.[11][12]
The Taliban began a final offensive on 1 May and, on 8 July, Biden specified a new completion date of 31 August.[13][14] There were about 650 US troops in Afghanistan in early August 2021, tasked with protecting Hamid Karzai International Airport and the US embassy in Kabul.”
So, the country with the largest logistical network in the world that had air-dropped a bunch of equipment over two decades into Afghanistan, could not coordinate the airlift of the same equipmen and remaining 8,600 troops in over a year. Driving and flying the equipment must have been out of the question, right?
After that, again from Wikipedia:
“Between 14 and 25 August, the US alone evacuated about 82,300 people from Hamid Karzai International Airport,[29] including US citizens, Special Immigrant Visa applicants, and other vulnerable Afghans.[28] In total, over 122,000 people were airlifted abroad.[15] The evacuation was completed on August 30, one day prior to a deadline agreed upon with the Taliban.[“
How many of those were Taliban and are now “sleeper” terrorists roaming free in America until needed, or who have connections with Mexican drug and people smuggling cartels? For all we know they have been active across the country already.
Aiding and abetting the enemy.
