UK team files request for judicial review of the failure of police to investigate C19 crimes – a template that can be used by any country

They explain some details of their judicial review application to the High Court in London submitted on the 9th of June 2023, to force the Metropolitan police, as is their lawful duty, to reopen and investigate crime number 6029679/21.

Crimes committed by the UK Government, regulators, civil servants, media bosses and senior police officers against the men, women and children of the United Kingdom. Video recorded 11th June 23.”

Please read the Expose News article, I have extracted cliff notes from Philip Hyland’s contribution where he details four of eight strands that form the basis of the request for judicial review by the UK High Court.

1.      PCR tests used to determine infection – inaccurate and aused in against manufacturers instructions – Drosten paper found to be fraudulent – lab results cross contaminated – not fit for purpose = as a result, information published was false - reported sars-cov2 cases were substantially overstated  - as was the risk of an alleged sars-cov2 infection – resulting in lies and miscalculation of relative risks of injection and infection by public – material injection risk higher than disease risk.

2.      Treatment protocols impacted on the number of deaths from cov2 – DNR plus administration of midazolam to hasten death – resulted in deaths without informed consent by patients and murder of the elderly.

3.      Denial of HCQ + zinc and IVM to treat symptoms amounts to gross negligence and intentional omission of cure - corrupt action by those responsible for decisions including BMGF – HCQ + zinc and IVM have excellent safety and efficacy profile v vaccines that were experimental with no safety record.

4.      MHRA - who authorised the vaccines - hold no evidence of an isolated and purified virus. Active ingredient = spike protein does not derive from a sample taken from an infected patient, but from a computer. Virus does not derive from nature, IP means substantial royalties - hence smearing of IVM and HCQ – UK public denied alternative to vaccines. MHRA did not check raw data from clinical trial results – Pfizer had commercial interest in providing selectively positive  results – highly selective reporting by Pfizer not objective reporting. Negligent and fraudient trials - Brook Jackson not contacted by police. Bad batches in circulation disproportionate serious adverse events on various systems from a low number of natches. MHRA taken no steps to investigate. Excess deaths continue on a weekly basis, died suddenly, fatal diseases. No effort by the MHRA to investigate – for higher than base rate averages. Pathology (Arne Burkhardt recently deceased)  statement 15 autopsies showing cause from injections. Myocarditis also attributed. Fundamental flaws in design of vaccines.

These are four of 8 strands – supplied to Metropolitan Police constantly over two years – latest evidence a week ago. Applied to High Court for judicial review. Police are not recognising that human rights of British Public on a daily basis.

Hannah Rose reported that ICC were not going to pursue the case she filed in December 2021. She founded Fundamental Freedom charity after that and is funding the application to the UK High Court and other cases.

Here is a template that can be adapted and used in any country.
