Update on London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) – now that it’s been running a month or so - foreigners are not paying the "steenking tax"
London has a ULEZ compliance problem – remember it is not a tax for the lesbian part of the LBGTQ+ “community”!
It turns out that foreign cars are treating the tax with scant regard and are not complying with the “arbitrary and capricious” tax on using London’s roads.
From here:
Backlash at Sadiq Khan as 115,000 foreign drivers don't bother paying ULEZ fines (msn.com)
“Data has indicated that Transport for London (TfL) issued a total of 167,663 ULEZ fines to vehicles not registered in the UK.”
I wonder how the Cult knows which foreign cars are compliant and which aren’t?
“TfL was only recently granted access to vehicle keeper details for France and the Netherlands via European Parking Collections.”
Are these foreigners happy that their private vehicle information is being accessed by foreigners with ties to the Moslem Brotherhood and who operate a racist anti-white regime?
Foreigners probably don’t know if their vehicles are compliant – well unless the Cult has the vehicle registration details of every car in the world, so that the drivers can check here:
Free ULEZ Checker: Check Your Vehicle Compliance | Motorway
Lots of acronyms to make the “process is the punishment” valid.
Ways to meet the standard - Transport for London (tfl.gov.uk)
“The ULEZ standards are:
Euro 3 for motorcycles, mopeds, motorised tricycles and quadricycles (L category)
Euro 4 (NOx) for petrol cars, vans, minibuses and other specialist vehicles
Euro 6 (NOx and PM) for diesel cars, vans and minibuses and other specialist vehicles”
Enquiring minds want to know what the term “Euro” is doing in the ULEZ standards when the UK is not in the EU or Europe for that matter.
I suspect residents find the bureaucratic stipulations confusing, let alone someone whose first language is not English. I expect the complete and utter stupidity of the tax comes as a shock to foreigners also. What moron could possibly have thought this absurd and useless tax?
Anyway, back to the story about foreign drivers not coughing up the “clean air” tax.
“Data has indicated that Transport for London (TfL) issued a total of 167,663 ULEZ fines to vehicles not registered in the UK.
To date, 30,520 of these have been cancelled - resulting in lost revenue totalling £4.98 million.
The remaining 115,048 - total value roughly £20 million - are classified as open cases - in other words, where the fines have not been paid and are being pursued, or are in process of being cancelled.”
Twenty million pounds in a month, more than a quarter of a billion bucks a year – just for the foreign drivers. Must be ripping Khan’s pink nightie as he watches the funding for his overseas jaunts disappearing up the gusset.
Okay, presumably “cancelled” means incorrectly taxed or discovered to be a political supporter of the Cult.
Which leaves 115,048 out of 167,633 unpaid and collecting additional taxes for non-payment in the time the Cult allows for compliance.
The fines for non-payment of taxes mount rapidly:
“In accordance with the controversial scheme, drivers of older, more polluting vehicles are required to pay £12.50 a day to enter London or face a fine of £180, which is cut by half if paid within 14 days.”
So nice to halve the fine if the “arbitrary and capricious” tax is not paid in advance, right? I wonder how many fines are for the same vehicle that spent the weekend in London?
No data on the total tax notices issued for British drivers or their compliance, just the non-compliance of foreigners.
I can remember driving into Basel, Switzerland 30 years ago and the driver collecting a speeding ticket delivered to his father in Batley, UK within 6 weeks. Maybe the vehicle registration data bases of the entire world’s are accessible by any country’s Cult enforcement agencies?
The good news is that the people of London are continuing their resistance in keeping with the legend of Robin Hood and his Merry Men defying the corrupt Sheriff of Nottingham to rob from the rick and give to the poor.
“Speaking to the Evening Standard yesterday, a father of three dubbed the "Blade Runner" vowed to continuing targeting the cameras, claiming to have destroyed a total of 150 so far along with like-minded activists.
He said: "It started off as a small group of people and it has gradually grown. The numbers have increased significantly.
"We are like a pack of lone wolves. We sometimes work together. We work in isolation. We all have this common goal."
Asked what his message to Mr Khan was, he said: "We are not stopping until you stop - that is the bottom line."
Blade Runners are hero’s making people better off by letting them keep the money the Cult wants to steal from them to keep them poorer.
As for Citizen Khan, he keeps spouting the lies behind the narrative of the Cult. Here are the words of his mouthpiece:
“.. spokesman continued: "The ULEZ is not about making money, it is vital in tackling the triple challenges of air pollution, the climate emergency and congestion.”
Every word a lit. The scheme is about making money – money to fund the political activities of the Cult. The air pollution in the expanded ULEZ area is amongst the cleanest on the planet – if the buildings of outer London were removed it would be classified as a FOREST. THERE IS NO CLIMATE EMERGENCY. That is a bald faced lie, disproven by unbiased and highly credentialled climatologists and scientist all round the world. As for congestion? The measures are forcing people onto the already overloaded public transport system. These crowded trains, buses and tubes have CO2 levels ten times that of the air outside – so the biggest contributor to CO2 and other greenhouse gases that impact the lungs of Londoners is Khan and Transport for London.
Clown World.

It seems to me that the 'controllers' have wrongly assumed that people were going to just bend over and pay...and be compliant and do as they are told. Hopefully they're getting a shock at increasing disobedience...hopefully, it will be that way here in NZ...many compliant sheep here...
