People tend to associate that word “bully” with mean kids in school (at least I do), but I’ve seen so many stories like this lately over the past several years I’m beginning to think it’s rampant in certain circles.
I'll be watching UK Column news tonight to see what they have to say about this. They're usually spot on. I would say it's too easy nowadays to accuse one's boss of "bullying", especially incompetent junior staff who interpret the slightest criticism negatively. We need more info about what actually went on in the 2 cases that weren't dismissed. My bet is they were incompetent females. As for Kamela, given her incompetence, I have no doubt she ran up against competent females.
“. As for Kamela, given her incompetence, I have no doubt she ran up against competent females.” <- Haha I was thinking the same thing! Well adjusted women welcome the advice and even constructive criticism of competent people in their professional environments. I venture to say you are absolutely correct about Kamala. I don’t think she has competence in many areas at all, save for particular activity, which I won’t state here. My husband jokes about it all the time.
Good. Jumped before he was pushed!
