Now, I don’t know about prices for ground mince beef in your local supermarket or butcher, but I ca get a pound for around 5 bucks or 6 for prime ground beef. I can throw an egg to bind the ground mince, add some onions and seasoning, buy some burger buns, some cheese and salad and make four quarter pounders for a cost of less than ten bucks – make some fries and a soft drink.
Four quarter pounder combos for ten bucks! The burger chains should be able to do this at half my ten dollar cost. So how on earth can they charge 15-25 bucks for just ONE combo?
What on earth is ging on? Is this some “woke” policy being implemented by a few of the burger chains ahead od rolling out “bugs not burgers”?
More likely is that this reflects the hikes to minimum wages I certain places – which will of course force the closure of many burger outlets.
Onwards!

Stop going there please. Buying local will also cost a lot of money but you will be getting toxic free meat, and you will be supporting a guy you know.
Whether or not you consider McDonald's healthy food is not the issue here. Inflation due to higher interest rates, laundering billions of tax dollars through Ukraine, insane monetary management, printing money to the point it becomes valueless, the wholesale slaughter and destruction of cattle ranches, the annihilation of millions of cattle and the destruction of hundreds of meat processing plants by the globalists (Direct Energy Weapons and FEMA) ... THAT'S the issue!
In Canada, wages have dropped more than 12% over the past 2.5 years, two million people (80% increase from 2019) visited food banks last month—unemployed and middle-class, employed (20%) alike—half of all food banks have a waiting list, the WEF traitor's carbon tax is jumping 30% again in April, business bankruptcies have increased 9-fold from 2021, real unemployment is at 8% (only that low because all new hires are massive government hires—no tax revenue contributors there), Households Credit Market Debt to Disposable Income is at 180%, interest rates jumped 5% just from 2022 to 2023, and pets are starving.
