“U.S. scientists held secret talks with Covid ‘Batwoman’ amid drive to make coronaviruses more deadly… just before pandemic” reads the breathless headline of an article in the Daily Mail, which in turn reprises the content of a US Right to Know article headlined “Scientists at the center of the ‘lab leak’ controversy met with NIH, Fauci”. All of which, based on FOIA’d emails, is supposed to lead us to believe that Anthony Fauci met with Shi Zhengli of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Never mind that the talks were not secret and Anthony Fauci was not in fact present. But why in the world are those e-mails more of a “bombshell” than the above photo, which shows that if not Anthony Fauci, Christian Drosten, the German designer of the PCR protocol which essentially created the Covid-19 “pandemic”, did indeed meet with Shi. Because that’s them in the photo!
For more on the circumstances of the photo and the German collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, see my new article at the Daily Sceptic here.
Yes, and Mr. Drosten is still doing this. For example, they both met last year in Montreux.

I attended to report, but still we couldn't use the material in one of our documentaries. It will be in the next one. If you have questions just contact me.
Thanks for bringing this to light - again.
As to the question of why no one in the German media is covering this issue: I think the answer is obvious. Many journalists, if not most, are still living in reassuring ignorance inside the propaganda and censorship bubble of their own making, while the rest are afraid to speak out. I can't help but notice you, yourself, are using a pseudonym, RK.
I am neither a journalist nor anyone with any social media influence - just a middle-aged mom in Germany whose health has been ruined post-mrna injection - but I also am forced to think twice about voicing my opinion - even in a comment section of substack - when I consider all the ways in which dissent has been criminalized here: prosecution against "insults" (Fuellmich among other charges) and antisemitism (C.J. Hopkins, Dr. Bhakdi), publicly approving of a crime (used against anti-war in Ukraine speech) - and the creation of a new category of people whose speech is deemed worthy of being monitored by the domestic spying agency for "delegitimizing the state in a way that is relevant to protection of the constitution."
I found Robert Habeck's speech the other day in response to the farmers' protests especially cynical. He is goddamn right there is a silent majority of people out there who feel intimidated and threatened. But it is not coming from "right wing extremists." The call, to use the horror movie cliche, is coming from inside the house.
