The State of Emergency existed whilst the “official” record so far shows 104 million “cases” and 1.13 million dead with C19 present. The 700,000 dead and 37 million wounded is derived by scaling the cumulative number of US deaths reported to VAERS of 16,537 and the number of adverse events of 929,226 by an under-reporting factor of 40.
