The homeless and disabled are applying for assisted suicide becuase they cannot afford housing. The fresh faced minister "mistress" - who looks like a fully paid up member of the Trudeau Youth Movement - reminiscent of1930's Germany - says 6 billion has been provided for 600,000 Canadians - the interrogator says payments are 6 Canadian dollars a day = which comes to only 1.3 billion a year. 6 billion a year for 600,000 people = 27 bucks a day. Somebody's arithmetic is wrong. 5 bucks a day for 600,000 people - 1.4 billion dollars, so who gets the remaining 4.4 billion? Is that what it costs to run scheme? 44,000 government bureaucrats costing 100,000 each (salary plus pension plus health care expenses?) -

Canadians with disabilities are choosing Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) because they can't afford to live or house themselves in Canada. The Liberals' solution is to offer those with disabilities an extra $6 a day.

The Liberal government in 2022 said the new federal disability benefit “would really lift a significant amount of people out of poverty big time.”

However, the Liberals' recent 2024 budget reveals that they plan to help Canadians living with disabilities and living in poverty by providing only $6 a day under the new federal disability benefit, with payments not expected to start rolling out until mid-2025.
