Many decisions are made now on the fly which don't turn out well. (2) They knew the unredacted version was available, but by redacting, they make you think none is available.

A new Kevin McKernan interview just posted, at about 45 min in, Kevin talks about how Pharma has learned they can make $1 Billion per event, by creating fear and subsequent emergencies, sets a precedent for future "pandemics".
