Ian Miller in his very clear book “ unmasked” sets out the data and as I recall North/ South Dakota who had/ had not mandated was very clear. Nil effect.
I have from the moment it was published been concerned this report in fact is WHO inspired as it might be read as “governments useless so we the WHO need to step in”

They turned on 5G and everyone got radiation poisoning which looks like the flu so they planned that to get everyone to take the shot which is killing innocent folks all over the world.
