From here and here, the 149 deaths reported for the week ended 9 December 2022, lifts the total number of deaths to 15,732 and the number of adverse events to 909,685. Multiply these numbers by an under-reporting factor of around 40 to get closer to the actual number of deaths from the lethal injections.
And with an URF of ~41 ... :( freaking yikes.
