Similar to your enthusiastic coverage about the Dutch farmer protests, unfortunately you don’t seem to know how thinks ‘work’ on a local national/European level. Spoiler alert: despite ‘winning,’ the Dutch farmers are still with their backs against the wall.
Keep us informed. One thought is that anyone bringing such a case needs to have the energy to withstand the stress of it. Another thought is that the symptoms listed here may sound light weight we have no idea how severe the fatigue and pain are. They may be quite debilitating as with chronic fatigue disease. Need to be careful to not jump to conclusions and wrong judgements.
Hmmmmm, I dunno her complaints come off as petty to me. Just my opinion. I’m more for seeing those who are seriously disabled, those who have lost loved ones, turbo cancers, blindness from the alleged vax and more in the courts suing. Lack of sleep and inflammation are everyday occurrences vaxed or nor, just saying.
It’s people like this that ruin things for the truly injured.

If it's granted, subsequent demands for more serious injuries could hardly be refused. If it's rejected, it'll make no difference.
