They're probably currently practising the technology on people with less mild brain disorders like schizophrenics, ideal guinea pigs especially when under treatment order or interned.

This sounds like a feel-good story to condition people's acceptance of mind control procedures/devices.

An initial stated purpose for something morphs into something else entirely. And example is the Social Security number (SSN) was created in 1936 for the sole purpose of tracking the earnings histories of U.S. workers, for use in determining Social Security benefit entitlement and computing benefit levels

Hi Peter - quick question (unrelated to your article): do you ever use text-to-voice software to make audio copies of your SS articles. I seem to recall you do??

No. Others hav asked as they play the articles back with auto generated voice.. I should maybe save articles up for a daily report.
