Just a thought – we need names from the ruling POTUS down through those voting in the House and Senate AND their staffers – who passed the laws that enabled the waste.

The massively large bills that get passed without close reading or debate may
be responsible for all the pork.
There's no excuse for that. The congress people might serve us better if they spent less time shmoozing and more time reading!
