From here:
Mike Adams 32 minute video
TCEQ (Homepage - Texas Commission on Environmental Quality - www.tceq.texas.gov) told news outlet ABC13 that Texas Molecular is licensed to accept and manage a variety of waste streams including vinyl chloride, as part of their permit. Texas Molecular does this by injecting toxic waste underground.
Thirty trucks a day making their way from East Palestine, Ohio to Deer County, Texas
Drill a deep well, take the toxic waste and inject it into the well, supposedly deeper than the ordinary wells in the area.
Vickery in Ohio is also getting some of the toxic waste (750,000 gallons?).
Onwards!

Heard on the Health Ranger Report (Mike Adams) that there is at least a temporary halt to the transporting of hazardous waste to Texas. No one wants that stuff in their state!
