Do changes to the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005) and a new Pandemic Treaty signal “The Rise of the - Doomed to Fail - Fourth Reich” of Incompetent, Ego-maniacal, Narcissists”

Apologies in advance if you find this verbose, but hey, sometimes the “words must flow”!

This month we will see the next step in amendments to IHR 2005 a Zero Draft of a Pandemic Treaty ahead of full implementation of a global health dictatorship in a year. The health dictatorship is of course one step on the path to world domination (a.k.a. “The New World Order” of poverty, disease and stupidity, much loved by Maoists).

The planned New World Order overthrows all parliaments, government agencies and makes elections impotent.

These will bed down all the disastrous top-down and bottom-up measures we have witnessed over the last three years AND extend them.

All prior scientific and medical research learned the hard way over decades was discarded and replaced with the useless masks, lockdowns, social distancing, inaccurate re-purposed Drosten RT-PCR testing (but not re-purposed IVM and HCQ treatment protocols) and deadly experimental injections that failed clinical trials and whose harms will last generations.

Discarding proven science without challenge or debate is a direct parallel to Nazi Germany’s fascist dictatorship of the Third Reich that lasted 12 years. Hence the article title reference to the Fourth Reich – this time of course ”The Reich” consists of egotistical maniacs, narcissists and billionaires, forming a conspiratorial cabal that has suborned governments and global institutions (like the UN and WHO) to do its bidding.

The qualifications , experience and expertise of people OUTSIDE this cabal seeking world domination is thousands of times higher than the same characteristics within the cabal and its suborned governments and global institutions - which is a constant irritant to that cabal.

Rather than spending and co-ordinating the aid provided by tax payers in governments and charitable donations around the world running to hundreds of billions of dollars a year, to alleviate hunger, sanitation and disease, for a fraction of that annual aid and those charitable donations – this Fourth Reich cabal wants to keep the global population as hungry, poor and sick as possible to keep them subservient and inject them with all sorts of experimental and toxic injections.

Rather than acknowledge the complete and utter failure of C19 policies, unelected bureaucrats and diplomats with zero expertise in the handling of pandemics of any kind will centralize the decision-making and quality controls into a single body, the WHO.

The WHO will have the ability to shut-down cities, regions, countries and global hemispheres in the OPINION of the Director General on the basis of SUSPICION of an epidemic or actual evidence of one.

The WHO is an operating division of the United Nations, which in turn has 17 development goals for sustainable development – including addressing climate change via the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which is also run by bureaucrats and scientists that have “failed upwards” into the supranational kakistocracy.

As an aside, did you know one objective of the 2030 WHO agenda is to have 500 injections over everyone’s life time? I kid you not!

·        Achieving 90% coverage for essential vaccines given in childhood and adolescence

·        Halving the number of children completely missing out on vaccines

·        Completing 500 national or subnational introductions of new or under-utilized vaccines  - such as those for COVID-19, rotavirus, or human papillomavirus (HPV)”

The complete lack of awareness or interest in vaccine harms is truly staggering. These people should not be put in charge of toilet cleaning, let alone global health treatments.

Ok, bit of a long pre-amble, now, what is going to be in place by this time next year, with the next step occurring this month.

Rather than go through a curated list of each of the changes, insertions and deletions of clauses in IHR 2005 or the Pandemic Treaty – that are nothing more than carefully scripted words that hide the actual intention and outcomes, let’s just list some of the failures of measures that have been rammed down people’s throats so far and show a fast take on what those revisions to regulations and new treaties will actually mean. 1.      Governments around the world VOLUNTARILY acquiesced to WHO recommendations of measures to take once the WHO declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC pronounced FAKE).

2.      The WHO ignored all prior scientific and medical evidence around its recommendations on testing, masking, social distancing, lock-downs and, of course “WHO approved” C19 injections.

3.      The WHO had zero regard for the economic, psychological and emotional impact of their recommendations on anyone – THEY SIMPLY DID NOT CARE.

4.      The WHO falsely claimed a “Case Fatality Rate” of 3.4% , when in fact it was less than 1%

5.      The WHO failed to publicise that those that succumbed to C19 had 2-6 other co-morbidities and were 1-2 years older than average life expectancy.

6.      The WHO failed to recognise that healthy children were at ZERO RISK from C19.

7.      The WHO advised against treatment protocols using, first, HCQ in March 2020 and IVM by May 2020 that were proven effective in prophylaxis and early to mid-stage treatment.

8.      The WHO withdrew its ban on Remdesivir and failed to advise against its use, same goes for Midazolam + morphine in treating a respiratory disease.

9.      The WHO ignored all treaties on human rights and disavowed all religious exemptions.

10.   The WHO failed to advise that masking results in inhaling 5,000 ppm of CO2, compared to a normal  400 ppm - note the lack of input from the UN IPCC about how harmful those levels are

That’s just ten health policy fails, there are many more such as the number of people allowed at a social venue or gathering, the use of internment camps, the restriction of distance from home, the rates of change in R-nought, an environmental impact assessment of the pollution caused by making, wearing and disposing of literally trillions of masks, billions of injections, test kits and so on. There was no comment from the WHO on the use of, for example, supermarkets but not other retail shops, or the need for people to queue outside for long periods – 6 feet apart – in bad weather, or the effectiveness of screens in retail outlets intended to prevent transmission or infections (but were useless for this), but here is the 11^th , 12^th and 13^th real and fundamental failures of the WHO.

11.   The failure of the WHO to spot the harms in the clinical trials in the injected group compared to the placebo group.

12.   The failure of the WHO to recommend a halt to C19 injections when post marketing authorization documents (which the WHO should have had by June 2020 – irrespective of release by the FDA/CDC) revealed massive deaths and casualties.

13.   The failure of the WHO to insist on the satisfaction of Good Manufacturing Practice once it was clear that manufacturers of injections, co-ordinated by big pharma, could not replicate the quality of the contents of doses used in clinical trials with the quality of contents from mass-production of doses, resulting in “bad batches” (later found to contain DNA and bacteria that should have been removed).

Now, the solution being drawn up by the diplomats and bureaucrats is simply to increase the budget of the WHO ten-fold and make the VOLUNTARY nature of governments acquiescence with failed WHO recommendations – COMPULSORY.

It was not just the masks, lockdowns, testing, social distancing that flew in the face of decades of medical and scientific evidence.

Here are some of the more egregious measures that will part of the COMPULSORY measures.

Remember, governments will simply fob off any complaints by saying “hey, you aren’t the expert, the WHO is, and we take our marching orders from the WHO, not you”.

The WHO will have noted the impact of Canada declaring a state of war in order to freeze bank accounts and insurance policies of Canadian Truckers. It will have noted the way the Chinese have used telecoms devices to refuse entry and ban travel for “naughty citizens”. The WHO instructions will be part of the move to Central Bank Digital Currencies (get rid of “dirty cash”.

The WHO (via Bill Gates) will have noted the move via 5G to remotely read utility meters. Fridges and larders can already monitor contents. How hard would it be to ration these contents and only allow certain types of foods? We already see the banning of large soft drinks in places like New York. How long before obesity is a PHEIC? How about booze and smoking? Pretty close to the phasing out of hydrocarbon fuels and the internal combustion engine, right?

Put all that together, the WHO will instruct those that dissent or fail to comply to simply be shut out of society completely until they are either punished or compliant.

How will the WHO attempt to accomplish this?

Impossible and impracticable compliance and quality control.

The WHO is seeking to increase its budget more than  ten fold from 6 billion bucks to around 60 billion bucks.

It will use this money to control every aspect of every supply chain for the measures it demands of sovereign nations. Countries will be required to contribute 5% of their existing health budgets to ALSO fund pandemic readiness.

I hope you can spot the problems with this. Countries already have long waiting lists for people needing treatment for conditions. The C19 injections will at least double the demand for medical treatments every two years or so. Turbo cancers are already happening, as are heart conditions. At the same time, medical professionals are either being killed by the C19 injections or being injured by them so that they are unable to work, or are simply leaving a highly stressful and conflicted profession.

The WHO will create an increase in the demand for health professionals beyond this already hyped demand.

Maybe the WHO will take over a certain amount of clinical trial work with this extra funding. I bet a lot of people would support that - provided it was not completed to the same fraudulent standard as that of big pharma.

Maybe the WHO will build out more administrative offices, maybe it will recruit an enforcement division deployable anywhere in the world at a moments notice. Maybe it will build out a global monitoring system for 8 billion people. Maybe it will build out quality inspection teams for each of the devices it dictates must be used to control a PHEIC, or to check the purity of injection doses. Maybe it will fund more research into gain of function so that it can get ahead of the next zoonotic outbreak. Of course it may rush around the planet injecting millions upon millions of moose, wildebeest and reindeer or other animal reservoirs. Fish, insects, birds and reptiles after that, especially if they are migratory. Who knows. Suffice to say, all the areas (the 13 above to start with) will need to be funded.

Then there is enforcement. Either the WHO will co-opt domestic law enforcement and military personnel or it will need a geographically mobile enforcement unit to go all over the place.

Does the WHO have any experience, competence or qualifications to do any of this? Of course not. But it has almost suborned sovereign nations to subject themselves to its incompetence via unelected bureaucrats and diplomats who are similarly woefully unqualified to cure so much as a case of hives.

Sixty billion bucks EVERY YEAR maybe split 50:50 between staff and systems/buildings. Remember Elon Musk was told by the parent of the WHO – the UN - that world hunger could be prevented with just 6.6 billion bucks a year? Never mind all that.

So, let’s say 45 billion a year for staff in quality control, R&D, medics and enforcement divisions at 150,000 a pop (all tax free of course) – that would be 300,000 people, compared to the current WHO staff complement of 8,400. WHO Organizational structure Maybe 100,000 in enforcement? Maybe it can co-opt the United Nations peace keeping forces also.There are 82,000  UN Peace Keepers costing just 6.7 billion bucks (81,700 bucks each – excluding pensins and health benefits, I think!).

15 billion for accommodation (army barracks, bigger offices) and systems.

Of course, those few thousand sitting on top of the other 8 billion people will not have to worry about any of that. I wonder what they would do if they also “had nothing and ate bugs”. I doubt they could stand it for even a day.

No authoritarian regime can survive without the use of force to deny progress and silence opposition.

Remember the Australians sending SUSPECTED C19 cases into internment camps? Remember Hochul, Trudeau and Newsom plans to do the same? Remember the Chinese barricading their people into their homes and those Chinese people wailing into the night?

It seems to me that the long term (2030 and beyond) objective of the UN/WEF is to create 100’s of super-cities exactly like Shanghai - future vertical slums in rich wester cities  but filled with subservient people from all over the world in a mass migration. Multiple towers of Babel.

Ok, so what else?

Well, try this for size.

Every individual will be injected at least 6 times a year with some sort of “vaccines”, this will include all pets and livestock.

 I fully expect the WHO to include planning to inject all wild birds, animals, reptiles and even fish. All funded by increased taxes in true socialist fashion, until there is “equity” from everyone having the same level of poverty and lack of opportunity.

A Fourth Reich in a world of excited misery.

Maybe when the population is down to a billion or so a fresh “new world order” will emerge.

Suggesting that the problem of over-population that exists in the areas of the highest population and volume of pollution like Africa, South America, Asia and China would be easily solved with a few hundred nuclear bombs seems far too crass compared with injecting them with poisons every two months until they drop dead right?

5G and soon, 6G and 7G devices will either be implanted or be given away free. This will be digital ID. No passports, driving licenses, or any other ID required. 2030 and 2045 goals will be satisfied when people’s food is delivered to homes automatically in approved, rationed food baskets., maybe by battery powered drones. Those required to work outside the home, will work in Amazon fulfilment style offices and factories where their output will be calibrated with productivity goals. They will travel to and from work via pedal augmented electric bikes or drones. People will have implants that monitor their vital signs and conformity with stipulated dietary meals and vaccination schedules. Excrement will be tested from flushed toilets, logging in the “user” and testing each “movement”. Same goes for pets, livestock and fauna.

China is the blueprint for the lebensraum and eugenics of population control. Mao started it with his cultural revolution. Modern China has taken it much further, using capitalism to lift a billion out of abject poverty in the last four to five decades. Now the west seeks to emulate modern Maoism.

Failure to comply will result in shut down of all utilities, groceries and travel options.  Persistent offenders will be interned in camps.
